A very pristine place to stay! The whole apartment is spotlessly clean, well-lit, and spacious for two people. The bathroom and the kitchen are both fully equipped. The host is very responsive and friendly.

Emanuela was an absolutely fantastic host! The place was spotless, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, and the thoughtful touches, like clear check-in instructions and local tips, made our trip extra special. Communication was quick and friendly. Great little apartment, from which you can walk to the lake and a small bakery/bar. The kitchen only has a mobile stove, so you have to be a little flexible when cooking. Otherwise, super equipped :)

Very clean accommodation. Very well located in a peaceful place, close to the train station, the lake and a small shop (convenient). Francesca is always available and has good tips for visits. The terrace is very nice. Excellent stay.

Manuela immediately made us feel at ease by welcoming us to her lake view house, in a quiet and quiet area, with a large outdoor space in which to run and play our dog. Very nice and warm house, equipped with all the comforts and close to the main attractions of Lake Orta.

We had a great stay in Ebe’s property, would definitely stay again if returning to the area and would recommend to anyone wanting to visit the area. Great host and great property.

It was such an amazing experience, the view from the house was incredible, outstanding, beautiful, mesmerising view, we could not have enough of the view from the balcony of the house. Only one thing which we didn’t know was not being able to use the fireplace. We found out there, that Italian law doesn’t allow the usage of the fireplace. Virginia was the one dealing with us all the time through the chat. Answered all the questions we had. She was so prompt and punctual on any questions we had. Never met the host Francesco but that was not an issue. We were instructed and helped throughout our stay in Luino Italy. We definitely suggest to visit the place and stay in the cosy house we stayed in. Punctual and prompt host if we ever go again in Luino we will use it again the same host. Thank you so much for everything Virginia and Francesco.

Tranquility, relaxation, and lots of greenery in the well-kept garden with many goodies and curiosities in an independent location but cradled by a sweetly familiar and belonging environment. Amazing

Great rustic property with a dream garden that we fell in love with right away. The apartment itself is very quiet and private within the complex. Everything was extremely clean and very well maintained. The location within Verbania is excellent; from here the harbor can be reached in 15 minutes. We had a very nice stay and would come back any time.

The accommodation is as described and very clean, in a quiet environment. We exchanged throughout our stay with Donatella, Alberto's mom, who was very available, attentive to our needs and full of nice touches. In addition, Donatella gave us good places to eat! In short, a property to recommend without so much as a second thought for the quality of the services, but also the kindness and availability of the hosts. In addition, the area is great. Lots to do within a short drive (essential).

The room is accessible from metro and tram station and is 10-15 minutes away from Duomo, via metro. The room is cozy and cute, with all the necessary amenities. Ceiling fan was a huge plus as it makes a just a small breeze idel to fall asleep during hot nights. As for Germana, she helped us the whole time with any assist we might need. Totally recommend and when we go to Milan again, we will definitely choose it.

The house is comfortable and comfortable, the equipped kitchen can serve for a short stay. Anceh the location is very convenient, in a residential area a few minutes from the metro stop. Recommended.

Very nice apartment with all the necessities. Clean and bright accommodation, the small balcony is a very nice plus. Very friendly, welcoming host, and giving little tips about the local area. Small supermarket, restaurants nearby (5-minute walk) including the pizzeria di Michele (frequented by locals, regulars). very easy and fast access to the metro, tram and bus to easily access the city center. Possibility of walking to the San Siro stadium.

Very pleasant stay. Daniela is a very nice and friendly host. Communication was perfect, the appartment was very nice and clean, everything as described. Check in and checkout very easy. We enjoyed the stay and will come back if we are in the area again
