Living room with comfy L-shaped sofa, which converts to another double bed, TV and DVD player as well as eating space to seat four. Open-plan kitchen, well equipped with fridge/freezer, hob, oven and dishwasher.

Peaceful yet central. Stahnsdorf is located on the southwestern Berlin commuter belt. Potsdam and Berlin are within easy reach. Bus 622 to Berlin runs right outside the front door (S-Bahn: Mexikoplatz /U-Bahn: Krumme Lanke). The bus stop to Potsdam is about 400 meters away. We are renting our apartment from September 2021 and would like to warmly welcome you. It is bright and friendly, clean and quietly located. You can also use the garden and terrace. The apartment is the ideal place for exploring Berlin, Potsdam and the surrounding area of Brandenburg by car. The center of Kleinmachnow with good shopping opportunities (large Edeka, drugstore, pharmacy, bakery, tailor shop, bookstore, toy store, etc.) is within walking distance (approx. 500 m). For 2 guests the price increases by 17.50 € / night.

Schönes kleines Haus über zwei Etagen in einer sehr ruhigen und grünen Gegend. Sie haben das ganze Haus für sich allein. Es gibt eine ausgestattete Küche mit einem angeschlossenen Esszimmer im Erdgeschoss. Oben ist das Schlafzimmer, ein kleines Wohnzimmer mit TV, sowie das Bad. Ebenso gibt es WLAN und eine Waschmaschine. Auf der Straße können Sie direkt vorm Haus kostenlos parken. Wir sprechen Deutsch, Englisch, Portugiesisch und Spanisch. Wir freuen uns auf Sie! :-)

Berlin Wannsee Summer House

It isn't big, but has all the comforts to be without fancy. The cottage is charming and old, not a designer tiny house. The center of Berlin and Potsdam are quickly reached. Private access, balcony with water view, terrace and garden around. Living room with kitchen, bathtub, bedroom and extra sleeping space on the sofa bed for an extra charge. We live next door, so never an access or key problem. We are at the Wall Trail. Pets are also welcome.

The two rooms, 17 and 18 sqm with private entrance and private bathroom are very quiet, windows and terrace directly overlook a nature reserve. To the city border and bus stop it is 5 minutes. There are two buses to the S-Bahn station Zehlendorf. But you can also walk there in 20 minutes. The neighborhood is very special due to old villas, cobblestones and lots of greenery. Nevertheless, the city is very close. There are plenty of parking spaces.

The modern, loving furnishings and warm atmosphere make it an ideal retreat with a bedroom, living room, kitchen-living room, large bathroom and guest toilet. You can relax outside in your own area. Just a small note, a large friendly dog ​​lives on the property.

Between Berlin and Potsdam lies the small, simple bungalow cottage, right next to our house on a large property. The accommodation is simply furnished and offers a bedroom (double bed), a kitchenette (stove, sink, coffee), small bathroom (shower, toilet, sink) as well as other sleeping options on a couch (1.20 cm wide) downstairs on the first floor.
