Try our cozy 3 bed, 2.5 bath home complete with amazing waterfront views and a fire pit down by the water; easily sleeps 9+. There are great wineries, breweries, and apple orchards close by and we're only 2 hours from Chicago. There's a row boat, 2 kayaks, and paddle board available. The home is on Silver Lake, which is one of the premier lakes in the area. Only 15 miles from downtown Grand Rapids and 5 miles from quant and charming downtown Rockford. Updated in 2022. About 2000 sq. feet with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, plus a 4-season porch. Large sandy beach with a paddle boat, 2 stand up paddle boards, 2 kayaks, and a nice 2021, 20-foot pontoon boat available for rent. The place is great for families, romantic getaways, or business travelers.

The cottage is 37 minutes from Grand Rapids, Mi 28th Street. 40 minutes from Grand Ledge, Mi.
