Owner was SUPER responsive and truly lovely to deal with. She always went above and beyond. I can honestly say we’ve never had a more positive experience at any AirBnB! House was perfect for our family. The pool table was top class, the electronic hockey game was so much fun for ALL of us. Lots of parking, beautiful outside porches facing the lake with a nice breeze. COMFORTABLE beds throughout! Well equipped kitchen, great boat lift and a nice day slip as well, plenty of seating everywhere, nice big dining table. Lots of labels on inside switches made it easy and quick to get fans and lighting exactly like you need them. Cold a/c worked beautifully in both levels. And so much shade outside in both of the lovely yards! Lawns were green and beautiful. Need tvs? There are the biggest and best, easy to use and to connect with your phone, tablet, laptop, and all your apps. We experienced zero problems and would definitely return!

My family and I came here for a peaceful and relaxing weekend, and it couldn’t have been better. The house was absolutely beautiful—spacious, clean, and very comfortable. We especially enjoyed spending time together in the cozy living room and the well-equipped kitchen. The lake was cool and refreshing, and our dog had a blast swimming in it! The only suggestion we have is to consider updating the chairs on the back patio. Aside from that, everything was wonderful. We’ll definitely be returning for another visit!

Our stay here was for our annual friends lake weekend was great. The house is well-stocked, as advertised, clean and convenient. Evan was super responsive with questions, replying almost immediately and following up to make sure everything worked out. It would’ve been nice to have an oscillating fan in the bedrooms just for a little air movement as there are no ceiling fans, but that’s just our personal preference for sleep. We had a great experience overall.

Stayed for 2 nights and it was amazing!! Chris and Debbie were really responsive and were one step ahead with all our questions. The home had everything we needed from an early morning breakfast to a late night BBQ. What was even better was the lake right behind the property! We fished, swam, used the kayaks, and used the lilly pad that was provided. We will most definitely be staying again and recommend the beautiful property!!

We had the best time celebrating my husband’s birthday with close friends and family. We will definitely be back. The house fit everyone perfectly. We spent most of our time outside on the large back deck or in the water. When it was time to come inside at night, there was plenty of space to hang out while cooking dinner. The large island in the kitchen made it a great hangout place for everyone to socialize. One of my favorite things about the house is the water access, it starts out very shallow and the further you get out the deeper it goes making it great for kids and family’s . We celebrated on a holiday weekend when it was very busy with boats and jet skis, but we never had any come close to us making it feel very safe. The house is located on the large part of the lake so it was very open with great view’s. The guys in our group really enjoyed fishing off the deck and the boathouse. They caught a lot of fish. We are very glad we chose this house for your weekend getaway.

We stayed at Sharon's home while in town for my nephew's high school state golf tournament, and it was absolutely perfect. The location was ideal, the house was beautiful and spacious, and Sharon was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We especially loved the hot tub and pool—such a great way to unwind after long days. The beds were super comfortable, the bathrooms were large and spotless, and the kitchen had plenty of room for our whole family to gather and cook. If we're lucky enough to return for the tournament next year, staying at Sharon’s place will be our first choice!

Immaculate home! Everything was clean, tidy and orderly - easy to enjoy, and easy to clean away when checking out. It truly felt like our own home whilst there. Michael was the perfect host too, responsive when needed, but respected our privacy to enjoy the home. We’ll be back!

The place was really nice. It had plenty of kitchen amenities, a really nice grill, and some nice floats and water toys in the boathouse.

This is the second time that we have stayed at this location for mutiple reasons. Everything about the rental works perfectly for us. You can read my first review talking in full detail about the location and river access but somthing I did want to include in this review is the proximity to local golf courses. We recently took up golfing and having multiple courses to select from within a 10 minute radius was extremely convienent and added an extra reason for us to go again. The house is beautiful, the river is beautiful, plenty of local restaraunts and shops, and now great access to local golf courses! The perfect place for a river/golf get away.

The home was very spacious and neat. Joshua was very easy to communicate with and had many helpful recommendations for food and outdoor activities to do in the area. I would definitely book again.

My husband and I travel a lot and have stayed in many, many airbnbs. And as someone who is planning to have my own airbnb in the near future, I am probably more attentive than others to the smallest details and am extremely picky when it comes to cleanliness, responsive hosts, etc. This airbnb was the best-stocked airbnb I have ever stayed in. From the many spices to the extra towels, the shampoos and body washes, Cindy really has thought of it all. Cindy is also one of the most responsive, friendly hosts I've ever dealt with. She went above and beyond to make us feel at ease and relaxed when it came to every single detail we asked or informed her about. The airbnb is very spacious, the beds are super comfy, and as someone who loves her pillows!-there were pillows galore. The view is breathtaking and there is plenty of parking for bigger groups. The stove is big for bigger meals and there are 2 refrigerators. There is a dog kennel and 2 big dog beds as well. Great place!!

We loved staying here. The house and neighborhood was quiet. We had a terrible storm the took the WiFi out and Kevin came over right away to fix it. We would definitely stay here again.

Mizeny's place was great. It was very spacious and had everything we needed for our stay of 7 guests. The location was perfect. If we ever need to get away from the city this is a perfect place to escape to and we will definitely be back soon.

Our stay by all means, was not "perfect," stuff happens. But when the entire group is leaving saying that it was the best vacation we have had as a family, then you know there was a lot more that went right. The house is located in a quiet established neighborhood, but some issues with the city water mains caused us to be without water pressure for about 6 hours for one of the days of our stay. I don't know that as a parent I have ever been able to really relax on a trip, but the kayaks, paddle board, and lily pad made for a good time on the water and having enough life jackets for the kids allowed me to actually enjoy myself. We were able to have an amazing family vacation with everyone accommodated and entertained.

We loved it! We want it to be a yearly tradition it was so perfect. The pictures were great but the home, deck, yard, and lake is even better in person! The beds and furniture were very nice, clean, and comfortable. The back patio was was huge and had a clean full-size BBQ grill. We tied off our boat, fished and swam right off of the dock in the back yard! There was a general store right down the road as well as a few great restaurants and an HEB only a short drive away. This home will forever hold many sweet memories for me and my family. Thank you!

Jessica’s place was amazing! Memories that we will never forget. Place is exactly as described and so beautiful and relaxing. My children enjoyed swimming off the dock, kayaking, the lily pad, the hot tub, making s’mores and jamming to music on the porch. Thank you so much Jessica. Time that was very much needed for our family. Looking forward to a stay again!

Our family of 16 had a wonderful time here. It is a beautiful home with everything we needed. I love their large kitchen, eating areas and den surrounded with windows. There was plenty of room for us to all eat together and hang out. We never felt crowded. The views and sunsets were so pretty. The home had so much for the kids to do with kayaks, the pool, fishing pier, and game room. They provided all the information needed on their home and things to do in the area. We are so grateful to them for sharing their home with us. We would love to stay here again sometime.

We absolutely loved staying at Waterview! Nicole was extremely communicative and helpful. The house was fully stocked with anything anyone would need for a super fun weekend! It was clean and easy and couldn’t have been better!

We spend a wonderful week at the Cottage. The front porch is amazing with a view of the lake. The amount of deer in the area…. Oh My!! SoSoSo Many!! We absolutely enjoyed feeding and watching them. Will definitely check availability next time we are in the area.

Booked a last minute weekend getaway and the home was absolutely amazing. It was peaceful and quiet and was perfect for getting away from the city. Lots of wildlife to observe and not far from the lake!
