Si trova in una zona strategica e ben servita dai mezzi pubblici (5 minuti a piedi da MM Lotto e Portello e bus 90/91, 10 minuti da Citylife, 20 da San Siro, Milano). E' costituito da una zona giorno/notte con cucina, disimpegno e bagno, e da un piccolo balcone. L'appartamento è stato ristrutturato di recente ed è completamente accessoriato (cucina completa, microonde, wi-fi).
