This cosy 52sqm apartment features a bedroom with twin beds, an open living/kitchen area with a comfortable sofa bed, and a separate bathroom. Ideal for 2 guests, it can accommodate up to 4 guests with the sofa bed. The living room boasts a dining table, sofa, two armchairs, and a smart TV, while free wifi is available throughout. Die Langlaufloipe ist 50 Meter von der Wohnung entfernt. Der Kinderskilift in Valtgeva ist ebenfalls gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Das Wellness und Erlebnisbad sind in 5 Min. zu Fuss erreichbar. Cozy country house with beautiful views; detached; in the countryside; 1.5 km from the village; 30-minute drive to the city, in the middle of the hiking area. Large playground, panoramic terrace (pergola), fire ring / grill. In the house is an independent 2-room apartment with separate access. The access road to the house is a narrow private road with passing places. Winter: a 4WD is required in the snow! Unfortunately, no pets are allowed as I am severely allergic.
