The 3-room annex apartment with private entrance, bathroom, and kitchen is located in the former rural school building, which was completely renovated in 2016. Surrounded by nature and with a view of the local mountains, you can enjoy peace and quiet! The city of Lucerne can be reached in 10 minutes by car. Various nearby destinations. A CAR IS NECESSARY BECAUSE THERE IS NO BUS SERVICE. (UBER/TAXI) In the middle section is our conference room for companies. We live on the top floor with 2 children in our own apartment.

BnB has two twin rooms, a small living room, two showers and two toilets on the 2nd floor. The entire floor is private, so you won’t share it with anyone. There is no kitchen but a mini refrigerator, a microwave and a water pot are ready to use. Free continental breakfast will be served every morning. Gerne darfst du unsere Tiere und den Garten begrüssen,geniessen. Auf Wunsch bereite ich auch gerne, ein Bio Frühstück für sie zu. Muss vorbestellt werden. Preis pro Person: Frühstück 15.- Die Unterkunft befindet sich im 2.Stock, besteht aus einem grossen Schlafzimmer mit seperatem Badezimmer und einer kleinen Essecke.

The guest room and bathroom as well as the living room (where there is a small fridge, a Nespresso coffee maker and a kettle) are located in the attic with beautiful views of Lake Walen and the Churfirsten.
