Large downstairs apartment

I live in a small house in a quiet residential neighborhood about 4 miles west of I 25. Shopping and restaurants are close by and a super Walmart is within a 2-3 minute walk. Estes Park and the entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park is a beautiful 30 miles to the west. The Ranch, otherwise known as the Budweiser Event Center, is about 5 miles away. Denver, Boulder, and Cheyenne are all within an hour’s drive. Loveland is known as an artistic community and sculptures abound.

Great location less than a block from Veterans Park and Lake Loveland, this home has been completely updated with new flooring, paint, and appliances including a tankless water heater for long hot showers. Walking distance to downtown with restaurants, shopping, breweries and more. Just a short drive to Ft. Collins and CSU, Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park. Denver and DIA are less than an hour drive. Lots of hiking trails and golf courses within a few minutes.
