Summer house on Lake Loveland/ separate cottage

Beautiful lakefront summer house. Large room with large double bed has screens only on two walls to allow the Lake breezes to flow through. Bunk Bunk beds in large bathroom. Partial kitchen in living room. Use of the Lake is included; but life jackets are required for anyone under the age of 10. Swimming near dock and North of pier allowed. NO USE of water craft, paddle boards, kayak, or rafts. Use of innertube is allowed. the Lake is private and my guests have uses outlined.

This private studio features an entirely remodeled interior and exterior within walking distance to Downtown Loveland, Lake Loveland, and a great park. I live in a small house in a quiet residential neighborhood about 4 miles west of I 25. Shopping and restaurants are close by and a super Walmart is within a 2-3 minute walk. Estes Park and the entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park is a beautiful 30 miles to the west. The Ranch, otherwise known as the Budweiser Event Center, is about 5 miles away. Denver, Boulder, and Cheyenne are all within an hour’s drive. Loveland is known as an artistic community and sculptures abound.

Collins, the Budweiser Event Center, Sylvan Dale Guest Ranch,the outlet mall and Centerra. You’ll love my place because of the views, the people, the ambiance, the outdoors space, and the location. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and quiet families.
