We love staying at the apartment. Heated and protected environment from climatic weather. Great comfort. We feel safe and quiet to rest and stroll around.

I stayed in Veronica's apartment with my husband, my 4-year-old son and my one-year-old baby. Veronica was always ready to help. She provided us with a crib and assisted us when there was a general blackout in Chile. The apartment is beautiful, with a good view, spacious, clean and everything works well. We had a very pleasant stay and I would stay in the same place again. Thank you, Veronica!

The apartment is beautiful, very nice, with an exquisite smell like wood and flowers. Aicha is very friendly and familiar, her husband makes some exquisite liqueurs, the room has a small terrace that you can go out and take the air. Crossing the street there is a belle space to walk and breathe fresh air, relax and think " Monte Calvario" The bed, pillows, and sheets were a delight. 100% recommended. I would 😃 definitely stay here again.

Beautiful apartment, very cozy, located in a very nice and new building, quiet and safe environment, 5 minutes from Plaza Pto. Varas. Edu took care of all the details to make my stay excellent. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need, the space is spacious, everything was impeccable, the bedding, bathrooms and kitchen all seemed fabulous to me. It has good heating and the space is cozy, plus its decoration is very nice. My experience was really good and I recommend it anyway.

The apartment is very well located. Su and Mrs. Rosita were very kind and very willing to welcome us and provide us with what we needed.

It has excellent connectivity, it is just steps from the bus terminal to Puerto Montt. Uber is easily taken. It is a 30-minute walk from downtown. There's a supermarket on the corner and lots of shops around. It is very comfortable, the stove is automatic, the shower is warm and has good pressure. The kitchen is fully equipped, with an electric oven, microwave, and gas stove. The place is very spacious. The washing machine and the hair dryer were very useful. Communication with the host is very quick, if you have any requests do not hesitate to contact him, he will resolve your request immediately. He's very careful about guests' privacy. It's blocks from the lake and nice restaurants. We would certainly stay again. Thank you for everything, Mr. Topito.

A good place to visit the city.

Everything is spotless, clean and comfortable. The only detail is that the toilets are in the living room, we thought they were inside one of the rooms. What makes it so there's no privacy. But everything else was excellent.

Location was good, place is exactly like the photos. The kitchen has equipment (though some are not exactly great). It has space. On the negative side the water boiler is small, not sufficient for 4 people taking adequate showers, the control to enter the garage was not working, the communication with the host was a bit confusing and the washing machine is in the common area of the building. All in all it has its defects but is a great option for a stay.

Excellent, the location is very nice, and the apartment provides privacy and rest at night. The pool is beautiful and super family-friendly, and it's heated. In the apartment, everything was as described, and the heating is impeccable. The parking is great since it has an elevator and you can also have laundry service, which helps a lot when there are several of you and you're there for several days. 100% recommended

The accommodation is very nice and spacious. The beds are comfortable and they had very nice sheets. Everything was spotless. It didn't have great sound insulation, but the truth is that we had a very good stay. Excellent heating and view from the balcony. Very well located in the tourist area of Puerto Varas.

There are not enough words to say how much Cata helped us with her beautiful home. We had a slight problem the first time with internet and her kind and EXTREMELY amazing person who was cleaning helped us out immediately. Cata showed up and it was instant friendship! Not only is it comfortable, the view was perfect, the local markets were a short distance as were the GREAT restaurants! I felt so incredibly safe with their security system and the staff at the condo was AMAZING in the building! I would give Cata 10 stars if that were available!!! Both my husband and I were so comfortable there we truly want to move there! Thank you Cata for your lovely home, your lovely kindness and your lovely help!

Very nice area, very nice apartment, the living room is a little small for 4 people, but comfortable. The rooms with the bathrooms were larger and very comfortable, everything was very clean and tidy, and very well-equipped. Daniela took very good care of us, always attentive. The pool is a little cold, it's small, like for young children. My daughters were also able to bathe, but there were children who did not enter. The neighborhood is beautiful and very quiet, the building is very neat and clean.

The apartment is divine, very good location. It's very well equipped with details that wouldn't have occurred to me. We couldn't use the pool, you had to wear a cap, bring one if you want to use it. But very nice. The girls were super clear with directions for everything. We will be back!

Very nice apartment, very comfortable, it has the space very well distributed, it is close to the waterfront, which allows an exit outside the city to the main attractions in an expeditious manner. It has a lot of security, in addition to the pool and jacuzzi at no additional cost, it's perfect.

It's great to be close to the city's largest supermarket. Very comfortable apartment with everything you need for a good stay. Very comfortable garage with remote control gate and Adolfo was very attentive to us.
