The apartment is divine, very good location. It's very well equipped with details that wouldn't have occurred to me. We couldn't use the pool, you had to wear a cap, bring one if you want to use it. But very nice. The girls were super clear with directions for everything. We will be back!

There were 3 of us to explore the city and its surroundings. We took Uber because walking was difficult for my mother, due to the inclination of the sidewalks on the hill. It's a very peaceful place, the apartment has everything, even drinks, snacks, so you don't have to go out shopping right away. We slept very well, the beds are a luxury, everything seems new in the apartment. I recommend it. I made a great choice by choosing this place for my family. The apartment was just what we needed. Quiet but close to restaurants and stores, comfortable and pleasant to be in. The pieces also had nice views. Carolina helped us with everything and was always quick and kind to respond. The place is ideal for those traveling with young children. Our 2-year-old son was happy playing at the entrance of the building and given the low activity on the street we could rest assured that he would walk alone and run around. The balcony was also great entertainment for him. It was a very good stay.

We had a wonderful time at your place. The view from the bedrooms and living room were magical being 14 floors up overlooking 180 degrees of the bay. So many extras, we felt right at home. We loved being at the beachside end of Puerto Montt away from the noise and traffic, too.

We came on our honeymoon to this home in Puerto Montt and, from day one, we felt right at home. Isolde and Sergio are incredibly kind, always with an interesting conversation and an affection that made us feel like family. We enjoyed delicious breakfasts, long talks with Don Sergio and fun board games with Isolde. As a finishing touch, we were lucky enough to try a spectacular curanto, the best thing we ate during our stay. We leave with a full heart and sure that we will return. In addition, the little dog "Guacolda" is the cutest part of the stay!
