Kathie is an awesome host - great communication! We had a great stay. The kids loved the pool! It is clear Kathie is truly wanting to make a great experience for her guests. We are already booked to come back in a few months.

Not much to say! I appreciate a 'low touch' experience, however I also appreciate a response when needed. This was a pretty effortless stay. Check-in was a breeze, I had a quick question upon arrival which was answered immediately, and I just felt our host was kind and available throughout. Great job! This was my first air bnb stay and I have to say it was a great experience!

This is a sweet quiet, clean simple garden cottage. It’s located in a beautiful agricultural area. I slept with the air conditioning off and the windows open. I just heard chickens in the morning! Simply decorated and perfect for its surroundings.

We so enjoyed our at the Brent House!! Christina has really created a really nice, peaceful, and perfectly appointed get away spot. We were celebrating our anniversary with a trip to Frederick and Brent House is just steps away from the park, museums, restaurants and shopping. The apartment itself is very stylish and cozy! We felt that it was perfectly appointed with all you would need. The neighborhood is very quiet too which we really liked. Christina herself was very very responsive when we had a question and very friendly and accommodating. We would definitely see about staying here again if we come back to Frederick! Our stay at Brent House did not disappoint!

Kay set the bar! Our place had so much charm, Kay was so accommodating and kind, and was thoughtful in ways I'd never expect! As examples, I got fantastic advice about local food spots, had plenty of little snack accommodations in the home, and when Kay found out we were attending a late night event, she made sure to keep the lights on our entrance! If I could take my last 5 stars and give it to Kay, I would. 10/5 would absolutely recommend.

This was a magnificent location and we had a wonderful stay. We’ve never had more comfortable beds and better amenities at an Airbnb before. There is nothing better than waking up to the smell of roasted coffee when you’re above a coffee shop. We had a great stay and if we’re ever back, we would book this location again!
