Let me just start by saying this is the best host we’ve ever had. He was there from the moment we booked the trip to day we left making sure everything was perfect for our vaca. Secondly, this place is literally within 3-5 miles of EVERYTHING but the strip, and the strip, even though is 20 min away, we were there everyday of our stay and it never felt like a long dull drive. The location is peaceful and quiet. The house is beautiful, big, clean and has everything you can think of. The sofa is HUGE and comfy! The beds are the most comfortable beds of all the places we’ve ever stayed! We all slept so good! We played golf, we swam, we played pool, watched movies, dipped in the hot tub we stayed so busy every day we were there. I could’ve stayed for a month and never gotten bored. This truly was the best spent money ever spent. Thank you Lou! We will be back! You truly win BEST HOST EVER!

Edna's home was a beautiful place for our family to meet and celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. We loved the amenities of the home and immediately felt comfortable. Edna was a joy to work with and always responsive! Would highly recommend!!

Beautiful cul-de-sac home with an open floor design that was very nicely decorated. The property was exceptionally clean and we felt right at home. Several bedrooms & multiple bathrooms. Pool and plenty of outdoor space. Supermarkets were practically around the corner. Responsive owner. Property highly recommended. I’d rent it again.

We had a wonderful time and the home was fully equipped with everything to make sure our stay was complete. The personal touch of adding birthday decorations and hospitality basket was a definite plus. Everyone was very happy and appreciative. Jesuric and his team were super helpful and responsive! The house was great and the pool was a lovely addition in the Las Vegas heat. We came during a weather-crazy time, but overall the experience was great and the house was so clean and tidy. Being in the neighborhood helped us be close to family, too. Can't wait to visit again!

Felt right at home. Not to far from the strip and places to eat. Has great entertainment for our family. Free of clutter and nice and clean. My family enjoyed every moment there.

Stephane's place was amazing - a house done tastefully with lot of character and style. It was artistic, clean and very comfortable. Lots of facilities were at the house. Beautiful backyard, lovely kitchen and music themed living areas. It felt like home in every corner. And Stephane was an amazing host. Always communicative, always helpful - More than a host - he was a great local friend!

Our stay with Christine was lovely -- the space looked exactly like the images, and was clean and organized when we arrived. The kitchen was well stocked with kitchen supplies, and the extra linens, blankets, and pillows made our time at Loft 215 very comfortable. The space was a great space to come back to after a day out exploring! Plus, Christine was also very clear and prompt with all communications, making the check-in and check-out process easy.

Perfect size for 1 or 2 people. King size bed was comfortable. The kitchen had everything needed to cook. Having a washer and dryer is handy. The location is near shopping, restaurants and the "Strip", but, most important you are near all the highways. My stay was peaceful was able to walk the ten minutes to the neighborhood park and walk or watch youth baseball games. Carmen was quick to respond when I was unable to access the internet (my fault).

Our stay was great! America communications was amazing! The instructions were clear on how to get to the condo and it was super clean! Highly recommend.

Wonderful and comfortable stay! Had a fully stocked kitchen and the basic necessities. Only about 15/20 minutes from the strip, so it's very close by. I would recommend this Condo!

Manuel’s place was amazing!!! The entry Instructions were clear, place as described, and the neighborhood exactly what we were looking for, a peaceful environment where we would rest after a busy/noisy time on the strip. We would love to stay at Manuel’s again the next time we visit.

Had a great stay here over the weekend! The place was super convenient and easy to get to, very clean, and the AC worked great—huge plus with the heat. The host was really friendly and made everything simple and smooth. Would definitely stay here again!

LeAnn hosted us for Memorial Weekend, and the place is beautiful and looks exactly like the pictures. She was super responsive, and the pool and jacuzzi were lovely. The most beautiful Airbnb I’ve ever stood in ! The house was located in a beautiful quiet neighborhood (quiet hours suck but it’s the rules ) we made it work. We celebrated my friend’s bachelorette weekend and it couldn’t have been any better. Shawn was very clear on instructions , house was clean , more than enough room I think maybe 2 of the rooms could use a tv but overall outstanding ! Highly recommend!

Joseph was an amazing host! He was feeling sick when we arrived, so we didn’t get a chance to meet him. But that didn’t stop him from sending a helpful welcome message or regularly checking on us throughout our stay. A past reviewer said it was like staying at a friend’s house; they were 100% right. The Airbnb is spacious and beautifully decorated! It has a few things that need a touch up, but these signs of wear didn’t detract from our stay at all. Biggest pluses are the gorgeous backyard and pool (essential for beating the heat), one-level design (which was great for us because on member of our party could not do lots of stairs), super quiet neighborhood, and easy access to 24/7 public transit for getting around. Also, it was very well-equipped with great appliances, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, etc. Such a thoughtful touch! I kinda wish it was a little closer to the strip, but I wouldn’t trade the space this beautiful place offers for proximity. Highly recommend!

We stayed over Memorial Day in May with a group of four families, including three children, and found this to be a wonderful place for staying with kids. The entire space was clean, well-organized, and very family-friendly. There were plenty of activities for the children, including ping pong, basketball, and arcade games, making it an ideal spot for a family gathering. Some of the equipment was a bit dated, and we noticed a few parts that might benefit from replacement, but everything was still functional and didn’t cause any issues during our stay. The host was very responsive to our questions, and although we initially had trouble accessing the internet at the entrance due to a password issue, the host quickly worked to resolve it. The location was also very convenient, with many nearby amenities and great restaurants, which made our trip even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable experience.
