Charming Vintage Cottage Circa 1906.

My 1906 little house is completely restored farmhouse that my great grandparents brought to our property during the depression. Our guest cottage is tucked away behind the main house where we live. It has original shiplap boards in the open living room and kitchenette with beautiful pine floors throughout the 700 square-foot house. There is a separate bedroom with 12 foot lofted ceilings and plenty of natural sunlight throughout. We know you will feel good the moment you walk through the door.

I’m genuinely amazed at how nice the place is, thanks to Emily’s attentive care. The place was clean and peaceful, and after a long road trip, I had a really great night’s sleep. Emily is so kind and attentive to my needs. I truly enjoyed meeting her and staying at her place. I would definitely come back and recommend this place to anyone! I’m very thankful for such an affordable option in a lovely neighborhood where everything is easily accessible.

Valerie is a Godsend. The day I moved in we were having a snow storm. This beautiful soul allowed me to move in hours before check in because she knew the risk of the storm. She always responds if I need anything. The house is quite and cleaned. I will be using her again.

Was in Raleigh for 2 weeks while doing a rotation at NCSU Veterinary Hospitals and was fortunate enough to book at David’s. Room and bathroom were clean and private, area was quiet, and location was within 15 minutes of NCSU, downtown and the highway. David checked in with me multiple times and was very responsive, as well as very accommodating for use of the amenities. Would definitely recommend his listing if you’re staying in Raleigh.
