In jeder Hinsicht zu empfehlen! Die Lage hat uns besonders gut gefallen, sehr zentral. Fatih hat uns bei allen Fragen sofort weitergeholfen, alles war sehr unkompliziert :)

Nael çok ilgili bir ev sahibi, ev temiz konumu Taksime çok yakın ama konum itibariyle çok güvenli hissedemedim, akşama kadar epey gürültülüydü. Onun dışında her şey çok güzeldi.

Elif was a great host. The apartment was stylishly furnished with all the coffee shops, bars, eateries and transport links on the doorstep. The apartment was comfortable and also quiet which was appreciated after a busy day. Would recommend!

It was an amazing place—super close to everywhere we wanted to go, very clean, and very comfy. The living room was small, but we didn’t mind much. They were super helpful with everything. I’d say it’s manageable with 4 people, but if there are more, one bathroom might not be feasible. Would definitely stay there again.

Each morning we left this very comfortable apartment to easily reach and explore all the jewels of Istanbul. In the evening we would return to our Beyoğlu area to enjoy a meal and drinks with so many restaurants and bars to choose from. The view was great from our balcony and we felt totally safe everywhere we went day or night. The apartment was equipped with everything we needed . Bilge was the perfect host .

Sehr gute Lage Super Kommunikation Einrichtung ausreichend Leider sehr Renovierungsbedürftig Wohnung sehr laut beim laufen Straßen sehr steil Erster tag war das w-lan sehr gut am zweiten tag flog ich ständig raus. Tv hat nicht funktioniert, für zwei tage Aufenthalt hatte ich keine Lust den Gastgeber anzuschreiben. Das Balkon sieht zwar sehr schön aus, ist auch genau so wie auf den Bildern, ich fühlte mich aber sehr unsicher wegen der leicht schiefen Lage. Die Wohnungseingastüren sind sind nur mit einfachen zimmertürschlösser ausgestattet, dass bedeutet das man mit einem einfachen Dietrich die Türen öffnen kann, also sehr unsicher. Das Bügeleisen ist unbrauchbar, jemand hat da etwas verbrannt. Leider keine Ersatzdecke oder Ersatzlacken vorhanden.

We stayed for 3 nights at this place, but I wish it had been longer. I can truly say it was one of the best accommodations we’ve ever experienced. Istanbul is a vibrant city full of hustle and bustle, but the apartment was in a lovely neighborhood with easy access to facilities and amenities. Fatih is the best host ever—he was available instantly and always responded to our questions right away. The apartment was clean, secure, and had a beautiful view of the city. It also offered spacious parking. It’s definitely worth the price you pay. Don’t hesitate to book this place! ☺️

Parfait accueil par Wahid lors de notre arrivée à Istanbul! Le logement est parfaitement situé à quelques minutes des grands sites à visiter (Mosquée bleue, Sainte-Sophie, Grand Bazar, etc). Wahid est un hôte parfait et son magasin de tapis situé au premier étage est une mine de richesse et de belles trouvailles!

Hersey cok güzeldi, Atakan bey ulasilabilir, kibar ve yardimci bir insan. Evin kendisi güzel, bahcesi de harika. ihlamurlar altinda oturmak cok güzeldi.

مرحبا عزيزتي olcay سعدت بالسكن في منزلك الأكثر من رائع بالنسبة لي يعتبر هذا المنزل جوهرة في قلب جيهانجير السكن نظف جدا اهتمامك بالتفاصيل ابهرني 😍 كل شي ينتظرك بكمال فقط احضر ملابسك و عش التجربة 😍 عادة لا تعطي تقييم لاي مكان تسكنه إلا إذا كان يستحق وهذا المنزل يستحق ١٠/١٠ الواقع اجمل من الصور 😍 المنطقة كل شي فيها جميل وسهل الوصول له إذا صعدت الدرجات بجانب البيت تجد شوارع ساحرة و كل شي فيها مطاعم مافيها سوبر ماركت إذا نزلت إلى الاسفل غلاطة بورت و كاريكوي افتح نافذة التراس و استمتع بصوت الطيور و الطبيعه و اصوات العبارات لم نحتج إلى التكييف كان الجو لطيف جدا شكرا لك

Eşimle 1 gece kaldık, Fatih bey her konuda yardımcı oldu bize, her yer temiz ve düzenliydi, havuzun sıcaklığı gayet iyiydi sabah kahvaltısı iki kişi için oldukça yeterliydi, bu tarz yerlerde genelde hijyenle alakalı sorunlar yaşanır ama her yer pırıl pırıldı hamile olduğumdan fazla dikkatliydik belki de, akşam yemeği için arabayla 2 dakikalık mesafede dükkanlar var, biz et alıp bahçede mangal yapmayı tercih ettik Fatih beyin tavsiyesi üzerine iyiki de öyle yapmışız çok keyifli vakit geçirdik ev sahibi sabah zil ile uyandırıp kahvaltıyı getirdi daha önce kaldığımız bungalovda direkt bahçeye girmişlerdi burada mahremiyetinize saygıları var, her şey fotoğraflardaki gibiydi ve sorunsuz çalışıyordu klima,odun şöminesi,mangal,duş,sıcak su,projeksiyon ,her şey harikaydı kısacası biz çok memnun kaldık fiyat olarak da diğer kıyaslara nazaran daha uygundu yine tercih edeceğimiz bir yer oldu , tek önerim giderken terlik götürmeniz, daha rahat edersiniz. This was a very good trip Much better than my last trip to turkey thanks to the house, the house was very clean and exactly like the pictures, everything was as described and the owner was very good at communicating with me and checking up on things.

C’était EXTRAORDINAIRE. Je pense l’un des meilleurs appartements que j’ai loué sur istanbul. La vue imprenable sur les iles . La propreté du lieu, l’accès au metro et aux centre commerciaux très rapides. Je vous recommande vivement cet appartement , mehmet a été très réactif très pro et vraiment très gentil. Erhan is the perfect host and was both helpful and gracious in his communication with us. Excellent proactive communication and he keyed in on some of our visits. He had additional suggestions of places to see bases on our interests and comments. Highly recommend his beautiful property and fun city!

This is a nice spot in Nişantaşı. Definitely a very safe part of Istanbul that will feel very comfortable for visitors, especially with 24 hour security in the building. The apartment is quiet and peaceful and overlooks a nice courtyard. It's as pictured, and Kerem is a great host, always quick to respond. It's great for one person for short stays.

Melih’s apartment is large and comfortable and in a fabulous location to explore Kadikoy restaurants and markets by foot. Plus it is an easy walk to the ferry terminal. Melih is a super responsive host who helped us out with all our enquiries. If we come back to Kadikoy, we will stay here again.
