While we were researching for a 3-day vacation, we saw this house and evaluated and preferred the comments. We knew when we arrived that this preference was a very accurate decision. The welcome was extremely gulerian and very clear information about every detail at the first time of entering the house. The house has a very nice design and every detail has been considered. Everything you will need is in the house. At the same time, we received the house in an extremely clean way. A total of 7 people with two sieves, we were very comfortable and had a good time. We had such a great time staying at this villa! It was super clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. The view was incredible. But honestly, what made the experience even better was our host, Fatih. He was so friendly and welcoming from the start, and always made sure we were comfortable. Anytime we had a question or needed help, he was just a message away and happy to assist. You can really tell he cares about his guests. Would absolutely recommend staying here—huge thanks to Fatih for being such a great host!

Our time in Villa Holiday Sapanca Kırkpınar was quite nice. An ideal place for those who want to relax in a peaceful environment. Getting to popular places was very easy. The cleanliness and layout of the villa was perfect; everything was thought out down to the last detail. The hot pool allows you to have a pleasant time, especially on cool evenings. The fire pit also allowed us to have fun conversation time. The host, Ms. Nursel, made our stay even more special with her hospitality and attention. We felt like we were at home. I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a calm and comfortable holiday in Sapanca with peace of mind. We will definitely want to come back!

Easy to reach by car from Istanbul. The house is not right on the road, but it is not on an empty lot either. Thus, both privacy increases and the environment is not so empty that it makes you feel insecure. The walls of the house are high enough to prevent it from being seen from the outside. The pool can be easily accessed by those who are sensitive about this. The decoration is beautiful enough to stand out from the other options. This changes your mood. The interior of the house is clean. All kinds of needs have been considered. After you bring your food, you can feel completely at home. The width of the garden also adds spaciousness. It was spotless, you feel like you ate in your own house, everything has been thought out to the last detail, the glass, the bowl, the sugar, the coffee, everything is completely there, there is nothing you need to buy and everything is spotless, when there is a problem, they immediately respond and help, there is a very large market within a 10-minute walk, the lake is close enough to go by taxi, everything was very beautiful

it was very good in terms of service and cleaning.. it was also very nice that it was exactly the same as the photos, that it was reliable and that there were items to meet all your needs at home. Now that I'm on my way back, I wanted to comment on the hot weather. We went to Geyikli Köske with a large group of children. Everything we might need in the house was thought of, it was very clean. The barbecue area, playground, garden were very pleasant. Mr. Birol, who takes care of the house, was very kind and caring. We thank him and his team very much. We are leaving the Geyikli mansion very happy, we are planning our next trip.

No wonder Mr. Sefa has such a high rate. He was absolutely helpful and kind. The apartment was just like the photos, the kitchen has everything you need. There is a big parking garage underground which was so important for me. The building is safe and secured as we were with our child we felt safe. I would absolutely recommend this apartment If you are looking for a place in the Asian side of Istanbul

The host is very responsive and active, our requests were met. The Bungalov was clean and tidy. The linens and towels were fresh. We didn’t have an insect problem as other reviewers have mentioned, the only thing amiss was the squeaky and shaky floor in the kitchen section however this didn’t impact our stay. All in all was a really nice stay. Would recommend.

Although I was nervous at first, I would like to thank both good people who contacted me, who were much better than many places you would go and answered all the questions without you asking, and even made a nice list for you to visit.

Hikmet was always there when needed, he sent us all tourists places with routes and restaurants. The man responded anytime we sent him. and at checkout my kids forgot some cash and he sent us the money via bank transfer. if I or one of my relatives or friends ever visited Spanca we would definitely stay at his place.

First of all, I would like to thank Mr. Hussain for the fact that the house is the same as in the photo and that it is really clean. We stayed for 3 nights and were very satisfied. The only problem is that the house is very uphill and it is difficult to get to and from the grocery store nearby. However, we also took care of it by shopping from the center and using a bus or takeaway. Thanks so much for everything

The interior of the house envied us much from the location of the house, everything but everything was considered , the kitchen supplies were incredible, there were more than everything, the size and warmth of the pool were very good, 7 women were very comfortable, a place where we could come back, thank you Mr. Oğuzhan for everything
