Adjacent to Routt National Forest and the Zirkel Wilderness. Moose, elk, deer, pronghorn, bear, wolf, fox, and many bird species call this special place home. Cabin is an off-grid, dry cabin. Private trails for hiking, biking, xc ski and snowshoe. 4WD or AWD preferred travel in winter. The heat is furnished by a wood stove. Solar powered lights. The composting bathroom is 20 feet away and the shower house a short walk. Water is supplied. Blackstone grill and French press provided.

Fenced back yard. Pets are welcome. Two bedrooms with two baths plus twin bed. No cell service or wi fi on site due to location. Landline provided. There is Dish satellite tv. Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home base. On 6th Street, across from the Ivinson Mansion. This apartment is within walking distance to downtown and the University of Wyoming. It has a queen size bed, full bath and essential kitchen items. Once a house, this building was converted into an 11 unit apartment building in the 1930’s. We have recently updated this unit and continue with renovations as time and weather allows.
