Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Lake Gregory

don’t really have much to say, i enjoyed my stay and the place was great. has everything one would need for a short or longer stay. CANNOT smoke pens in the house, not that this was a problem i’m just putting it out there lol. Really friendly family, they are very accommodating.

We had a wonderful stay! Rarely would I say that places turn up better in person than in pictures, but I was so pleasantly surprised at how absolutely cute and charming the place is when I arrived! There were so many cute little details added to the decor. I’m not sure if the place has been updated recently, but everything is very clean and appears new. Everything works well! The beds were super comfortable. The towels were luxurious. And they actually have stainless pots (no toxic chemicals like teflon), which actually is a big deal for me! Location is convenient, literally right next to Snow Summit. Leanne is super responsive! Absolutely enjoyed my stay. I’ve stayed at numerous Airbnbs in Big Bear.. this is the one I’m definitely returning to.

Tawnya was quick to respond regarding reservation even though it was so last minute. Everything was as described. I would definitely stay again.

This place was great for our family. We got a unit close to the pool (which is heated, and has a kiddie pool next to it) and spent a lot of time with our daughter going back and forth. It's close enough to The Village that we were able to enjoy the lake, restaurants, and shopping without much of a drive. We will definitely be back!

This place is so cute a cozy! It worked well for my little family (kids 6 and 4, my husband, mini labradoodle). Lance went above and beyond to make sure we got settled. He checked on us throughout the stay, which made us feel welcomed. The place is pristine! First Air bnb unit that is actually CLEAN. We walked on the floor barefoot and our feet remained clean. I have high expectations when it comes to cleanliness and I will say this is the first place where I felt at home because nothing grossed me out. Water pressure is great and water gets warm quick. There were board games for the kids and a first aidkit, which was convenient as I did need to use it. The location is great but if you’re trying to get to Snow Valley or Big Bear you must leave early. Lake Arrowhead is awesome with a very friendly neighborhood! We appreciated the high quality kitchen utensils. The fire alarm is hyper sensitive so be sure to open windows when cooking! Neighbor offered us a fan to clear the air.

This Big Bear home means so much to our family. It was our 1st vacation w/ my husband's family, and it couldn’t have come at a better time. After a challenging year with my brother-in-law battling addiction, this trip was a beautiful reminder of the strength of family as we prepare to welcome him home in April after a year in rehab. This trip was a chance for us to heal, unite, and create lasting memories together for his kids. The home was perfect. The SPECTACULAR kitchen was a highlight—Nana & the women loved cooking together. The location was ideal—next to resort shuttles & <1 mile from the slopes. To our surprise, the home also hosts training camps for pro boxers, which was amazing for my husband’s boxing family! Bryan, the host, was wonderful—fast responses & so sweet. He even met us one night to show us the boxing gym, which we’ll always cherish. This trip was a gift, & we can’t wait to return! Thank you, Bryan, for making this experience unforgettable! See you next year :)

It was a perfect stay. My favorite part was that we were able to stay there w our fur babies, the place was fenced so I was able to allow them to run around in the back while I relaxed inside the apartment. Place heated up pretty quickly & I was very very comfortable. Will definitely stay here again once I have the chance :)

This cabin was absolutely amazing. It's very cozy inside, and the fireplace is perfect for relaxing after a long day. The location literally cannot be beat—walking distance to Snow Summit and super close to downtown. The host, Kiro, was great and even let us bring a pet. He was very responsive and helped with all of our needs. Trust me when I say: book this place—you won’t regret it!!

We had a wonderful time staying at this cozy mountain getaway. It rained the first night, and we noticed a few small leaks, but it was only for the first night. The cabin was perfect for our 4 night stay, and we loved the game room, it provided tons of fun for us. Overall, a great experience and we would definitely recommend it!

It was a beautiful house. Clean and comfy! The only downside is i could hear everyone walking and talking while sleeping. Compared to any other places the walls were quite thin. But other than that it was great. The place has many utensils and other needed seasonings for our use. The host was very responsive when I had a question while checking out. Definitely recommend the place and the host!

The most beautiful lake views from the main level balcony. It was immaculate! Our group enjoyed a lot of time on the balcony during the day time and night. The kitchen was stocked with all the cooking tools and was the best experience since we were mainly doing more of a staycation and cooked mostly at the Airbnb. Jon was a great host who was communicative and very protective in sharing information and even had a guide on places to eat/ things to do!

Great cabin in a perfect location. Very private and quiet but steps from the village and brewery. Jeanna was very responsive and made coordinating very easy.

Great cabin with a beautiful view. Plenty of entertainment options provided on the mid level as well as local recommendations.

Alina’s home was gorgeous, comfortable, and exactly what we were looking for for our weekend away! Would absolutely recommend.

Maria is definitely a super-host. The communication was very friendly and proactive. The place was immaculate and sparkly clean. My wife and I were pleased that we booked this venue and are willing to book again. Thank you very much Maria for your efforts.

Great home and host. Was exactly as advertised, with lots of thoughtful touches and amenities. Our kids LOVED the ball pit (great reuse of a hot tub, btw) and the myriad games throughout the house. We'll definitely look to stay here again on our next visit to Lake Arrowhead.

Had a wonderful time at Leanne’s place this past Memorial Day weekend. Just as described, clean and very nice making sure we were enjoying our trip.

Mario and Yvette were very friendly, and checked in on us. My son and I had fun at the pool. It was a very quiet building, near the lake.

Very nice and clean home. Check-in process was fast and easy with clear instructions. Great for the 4 of us.

Shelly's place was just what we needed for a short weekend. Unit C is part of a larger 3-unit complex, but is completely separate from the other two (separate entrance, back patio, grill, etc.). It was a warmer weekend than we expected, but there was a portable AC unit in the closet of the larger of the two bedrooms that worked well. One thing I would note is that the sun shines directly into the kitchen and living room in the afternoon which can cause the two rooms to become pretty warm, but if you pull the curtains/blinds, it will help - you also get a great view of the sun as it goes down at night. The house is in a great neighborhood that is on the lake and about a 10-12 minute walk into town. Would highly recommend staying at Shelly's place.

We enjoyed our stay for Memorial Day Weekend. This was our first experience renting a condo instead of a single family home, and the property felt safe & was family friendly. Our toddler enjoyed the pool house & having other kids around to play with which was a nice change for us. The location was a quick drive into the village and even on a holiday weekend did not feel crowded. The condo itself was nicely decorated with a modern touch, and very spacious for a 2 bedroom. I really enjoyed the large tub next to the fireplace in the downstairs room. There were plenty of clean fluffy towels for both bathrooms as well as the pool area. The kitchen had the basics to cook quick meals, and the open floor plan made hanging out while cooking enjoyable. We had a few hiccups upon checkin and the host was always responsive, kind, and did their best to accommodate a quick fix. We’d visit again!

Amazing location close 3 min walk to the park and fishing pier , 2 min walk to the local corner store and pizza place ; and a 7 min drive into the town ! The house was so clean and way better in person than the photos , it’s a must stay we will definitely be coming back in the future !!
