It’s a quick walk to "The Cannery" which hosts Miranda Lambert's Pink Pistol and Red 55 Winery as well as Texas Music City Grill. Beautiful Darden Park and nearby dog park are also walking distance. It's also just a short drive to the quaint town of Mineola, the Texas Rose Horse Park and Canton First Mondays.

Make memories at this unique and spacious home in Yantis, TX. We are located just a few minutes from Lake Fork, one of the most famous fishing lakes! The boat ramp is less than 2 miles away! Our home is also close to Lake Tawakoni, Wildflower Wedding Venue, Canton’s Trade Days, a local splash pad, The Links At Land’s End Golf Course, playgrounds and picnic areas, and so much more! After a great day of fishing and exploring the area, return home and relax in our 4 BD/2.5 BA vacation paradise!

Tall Pines Retreat

This beautifully located home features several mature pines in a quiet neighborhood within the Quitman city limits. The house is situated on the lot to make pulling your boat through or parking it a breeze. This older, yet comfortable home, comes with all you need for a relaxing stay. Wifi is available throughout the house. You will have a fully-functional kitchen, bathroom, 2 bedrooms, 3 different lounging areas, washer/dryer/ironing board and iron. Each room is fully stocked with linens.

The grounds feature a vegetable garden, fruit trees, and grapevines—ideal for relaxation and outdoor fun with family and friends.

Come and enjoy a slice of heaven. Mother Nature has provided a beautiful scenery full of nature sounds and calls of the wild. You can sit on the screen porch overlooking the lake and feel peace. You can sit by a fire outdoors and feel free and private and safe and hear the crickets and bullfrog. There's nothing but love, peace and joy here. There's room for social distancing and I covid clean and I am vaccinated.
