Located in the lakes area in-between Vergas and Frazee (about 10 minutes from Perham) this newly renovated gem has an open space downstairs and upstairs. Spacious bathroom, big gather room, open bedroom concept, and laundry room. Winter time favorites in the area include snowmobiling, skiing & snowboarding, ice skating, ice fishing, cross country skiing, and bingo nights at Billy's Bar in local town of Vergas.

Life on the lake in Minnesota is great in any season! With two large bedrooms (third room available for additional fee), a full kitchen, 3/4 bath plus laundry, you'll have everything you need to make for a great getaway.
