Located near the heart of downtown, our place has a quaint feel with so much to offer. The studio is attached to the house but is completely separated from us. Private entrance and private area with also everything such as bedroom, bathroom, and full kitchen which is fully equipped. The studio offers plenty of nearby restaurants, grocery stores, shopping plazas, etc. We are close to ORMC medical center located near downtown Orlando. The best part, is that we are only 15 min from Orlando airport!

On Edgewater Drive there are restaurants, bars, and boutique shops. Close to downtown , 30 min. from all the attractions, and 5 min. from one of the city’s largest hospitals, 23 miles from ORMC airport. Pick your beach, I'll help with supplies! 45 minutes from most theme parks. Our little town has a walking trail that leads to a lake where one can usually spot an alligator.
