The place has everything and is smack in the middle of all the Disney magic. While the property was full of families and kids over the holiday week, the condo was amazingly quiet. Great all around!

Beautiful, spacious room. Plenty of room for everyone to stretch out, many pools and hot tubs to choose from also a nice water park, with a kid friendly area, wave pool, water slides and a lazy river. Restaurants, small grocery store, an arcade, bowling alley and mini golf on site! Perfect for the whole family!

Condo in Orange Lake was amazing! Lots to do and everyone there was helpful & kind. Beautiful place!

We had an absolute amazing time staying in the apartment. It was a place away from home that felt like home. It was central, with loads of restaurants in walking distance. Bus stops in walking distance. Safe and secure. The apartment provided everything we needed for a 13 night stay. Beds where super comfy. Great shower, great TV, great all round. We couldn't make use of the facilities as we had so much to do. However facilities on site looked great with gym, pool and laundry facilities (at extra cost - laundry only). Front desk staff helpful and friendly. Parking available but we opted to use Ryde which worked out a lot cheaper then car hire. Loved the fact that the apartment had all the cleaning products you can imagine. Nina as a host was fantastic, very responsive and flexible. I will definitely book again and will recommend the apartment to my family and friends. Super great host, super great apartment - 5 Star plus

Had an issue on my end with booking, staff was able to help and was very nice about it! The food was awesome for breakfast, loved making my own waffles! We stayed here due to our trip to universal and traffic getting back was not bad at all. 10/10 recommend!

Our stay at RoomPicks well exceeded my expectations! The staff was so enthusiastic, friendly and even gave us a brand new bowl for our dog. The room was large with a kitchen, living room and 2 bedrooms with their own bathrooms. It was very clean, spacious. We have a son with autism and they were so accommodating, they gave us a complementary 12pm check out. I will recommend RoomPicks “Sonesta ES Suites Orlando” to my friends. We loved it!

If I could give 6 stars, I would. I will definitely return in the future. The unit matched the pictures and description perfectly. The place was absolutely clean and the infrastructure was amazing. Highly recommended.

We loved our stay this was right in the middle of the two main places we were coming for employees were very nice and helpful and respectful. We would definitely book again if we were to come back for another vacation.

I recently stayed at Chase’s place and had a great experience. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, which made for a comfortable stay. The staff were pretty friendly, which added to the overall positive vibes. However, we did check in overnight and had to wait awhile as there was no one at the desk. The location was convenient, making it easy to explore the area. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a reliable, clean, and pleasant place to stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb in Orlando! The apartment was clean, spacious, and exactly as described in the listing. The location was perfect—just a short drive from all the major theme parks, restaurants, and shopping areas. The host was incredibly responsive and made check-in a breeze. We especially appreciated the little touches like extra towels, a fully stocked kitchen, and comfy beds after long days out. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the Orlando area!

From the beginning Brandon was an AMAZING host, extremely responsive -even before I booked the spot. The location of the Airbnb was perfect, extremely convenient to the parks and Disney springs. Had a great pool and a hot tub to soak in after a long day. I only wish I booked more days just to enjoy the amenities this spot has to offer! Comfortable, safe, and great!! Would LOVE to come back!

For reference, this property is about 4 miles from Disney and Universal parks as well as Sea World. There is fast food in walking distance as well as coffee places.

The property is in a condominium with a full leisure structure. The apartment is comfortable, spacious, well equipped and in a great location. We didn't have any issues during the stay. And we were promptly assisted by the host whenever we needed information.
