The Botticelli House is located in Tremezzo, in the quiet Belvedere area, with a beautiful view of Lake Como. The apartment is just a few steps from the Greenway and a short walk from the lake. Azzano village is about 500 m away and Tremezzo center about 900 m. The apartment has double exposure with lake and mountain views. In front of the entrance there is a small lawn (not private) where you can stop briefly to unload luggage. A large public parking area is available in Viano about 300 m away.

The quiet, luxuriously green countryside is perfect for short walks to the nearby picturesque villages of Livo and Naro and long walks climbing the beautiful mountainous area we live in.

It is located in an old house on the road from Como to Bellagio. Completely renovated inside, it has a beautiful lake view. As there are a few steps to climb, it is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
