The cabin is situated upon 1.5 acres of beautiful Adirondack woodland surrounded by 13,000 acres of state land in the Western Adirondack Mountains with the Oswegatchie River approximately 100 yards from the front door. The immediate area is great for hiking, kayaking, canoeing, swimming and exploring. Snowmobile right from the door to Lewis County C8 accessing all beautiful trails to anywhere in the state.

It is located on the East Shore of the Lake and is located in the quiet Bull Rush Bay, making it the perfect location for fun and relaxation for the entire family. Perched in privacy on the Black River is a rustic Tree House designed for adults only who are looking to be off the grid and connect with Mother Nature. Glamping at its best! The very private Tree House is perched on a hill overlooking the peaceful river. The quaint treehouse has five sides of glass and screens to view the river. This is built around trees but you enter from ground level. A power pack is available to charge cell phones and make coffee. Relax by a campfire at river's edge.

Waterfront Artisan ADK Cottage - Tupper Lake

Sunset Cottage is cleaned in compliance with CDC COVID-19 Lodging cleaning standards before you vacation there. Sunset Cottage is only 15 feet from Tupper Lake with a sandy spot for launching canoes/kayaks and a large dock where you can moor your powerboat if you bring one. Dock seating and swimming with a dog friendly stair. Fire pit with firewood on the lawn with Adirondack chairs for your use. Two, kayaks come with the rental. Newly renovated interior with beautiful Adirondack decor.

Riverside Cabin & Nature Trails

Enjoy our 160 acres in a private natural setting. Owls, trout, heron, osprey, mergansers and the occasional loon will add to your stay. There are over 4 miles of private trails for hiking along the river and in the woods. Kayaks & fishing poles provided. Enjoy a romantic riverside fire-pit, professional massage table & new Finnish wood fired sauna. We sanitize everything 110% before your arrival and offer self check in. Unplug during your trip in the middle of the woods, tiny rustic one room cabin with hot tub sits in Little John Forest and borders the Boylston snowmobile trail system Perfect for snowmobiling and 4 wheeling. Acres of state land for hunting. Cabin is 22 miles from the Salmon River in Pulaski NY. Sleeps 2 with a queen bed. There is a sofa bed. Equipped with electricity, running water,WIFI. A bathroom with shower. Bring charcoal for the grill or cook right over the fire with the grid!

Tucked beside our small orchard on a 400-acre certified organic farm, The Cabin at Laing Family Farm is a peaceful and cozy retreat where days start with birdsong and end with sunsets over our animals grazing in their pasture across the road. Conveniently located halfway between Canton and Potsdam, The Cabin is close to all four local universities.

There are only 3 cabins on the property, rent the 2 and bring the whole family or just rent 1 and still feel like your secluded. We stay in the 3rd cabin for the season.
