Welcome to our home on Lake Blackshear! **If you have stayed here before, please send me a message before booking for special rates!** We are located in a cove at the northern tip of the lake, surrounded by trees and beautiful nature. There is 1 queen bed, one queen sleeper sofa, and 1 futon (suitable for 1-2 small kids). There are a few restaurants nearby, a country store, a Dollar General and 2 gas stations. We are about 20 mins from I75 and larger stores like Walmart and Aldi.

Six minutes to Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital, eight minutes to Albany State University and 20 minutes to Albany Marine Corps Logistics Base. PLEASE BE INFORMED - NO PETS ALLOWED. Come and enjoy a stay by the Flint River. We have many amenities you’ll enjoy - bring your fishing poles, boats, kayaks and enjoy a day on the river! Also, you may want a night by a fire or to grill a nice meal - we have those options too! And I’ve saved the best for last, make sure you bring your swimsuit- our pool is open for you to use as well!!
