Condo vacation rentals in Lake Atitlán

I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a more relaxed stay. The view of San Pedro from the balcony was absolutely beautiful! I ended up spending more time at the unit in the hammock for that reason. There is no A/C (as most accommodations in the area) but you can leave the windows open to cool down at night (I didn’t have any insect problems during my stay). The unit is situated between San Pedro and San Juan so you’ll have easy access to both areas via tuktuk. San Pedro is a loud nightlife area so bring ear plugs (also what other guests have mentioned in their reviews so I was aware when I had booked this). I’m not sure if there are any other spots that you could get the same view without the noise. The unit is outside of the main busy areas so there aren’t any restaurants nearby but it’s really easy to grab a tuktuk right out front for very little (10-15 GTQ). Clemente was also very kind and very responsive. As a solo female traveller, I felt very safe staying here.

The place is exactly as described in the photos and Estefany is very attentive.

My husband and I loved staying here. It was comfortable, had a beautiful view, private, and easy to get to town. Tony and Marlies really made our stay though. They were so helpful getting us tuk tuks, helping explain how to get around, etc. It was perfect and we are so glad we chose to stay here.

Excellent service, hygiene, clear instructions, excellent quality services, a little far from the living area but you could reach it in a tuktuk without any problem, very friendly Don Cirilo.

Stayed for 3 nights and loved it! Andrea is very responsive to messages and helpful. The place was beautiful and was perfect to watch the morning sunrise. It is about a 20min walk to town but she gives you info for a tuktuk driver who is also reliable. No issue with bugs or scorpions like I’ve seen in reviews for other hostels/airbnbs/hotels. Overall would stay here again if I return to Guatemala

location is perfect. We are into night life entertainment. We enjoyed visiting Pana Rock and Circus Bar pretty much every night for their great Live music performed by local artists. Walking distance to Lake where you can catch a boat ride to any surrounding town on the lake. Many restaurant options from early in the day to late at night, something the smaller surrounding towns don't have. Sarah and Reyna were very helpful and provided extra towels during our stay. We forgot our car keys after we checked out, and they were available for us to retrieve our keys as soon as we could make it back.

Beautiful accommodation, excellent host service, everything clean and tidy. An unbeatable view We will definitely return and recommend it to friends and family

Marcos place was great, clean but very small . not good if you travel with kids. it's an adult place, a little noisy but for one nite is great. close to all the activities in panajachel

The pictures don’t do enough justice — this place is absolute incredible and beautiful! My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here. Andrea was super nice enough to accommodate an early check in and provided contact information of the property manager, Alejandra who is SUPER nice! She also gave us contact information for a local Tuk Tuk driver that would take us to the port to take lanchas to surrounding villages in Lake Atitilan. Andrea is also VERY responsive to any questions I had regarding our stay. Overall, it was such a pleasant experience and would totally come back 😊

Nefrita is really a sweetheart. I was sick for a lot of my stay but she was very accommodating. The location sucks but that is not her fault. Lots of construction which my lungs were not liking. But Nefrita and her family were so kind. Her little dogs are amazing as well.

This place is truly amazing! A beautiful, peaceful sanctuary upon the lake! The view is incredible, the staff are wonderful and kind! The restaurant is perfect! We loved taking out paddleboard. I could not recommend more!

All the staff were responsive and friendly! We truly felt like there is no place more beautiful on the lake than Alas Del Angel! Feels like a boutique style hotel, and the landscaping was absolutely gorgeous. It’s within walking distance to San Marcos “downtown” area but tucked away. We loved the kayaks, paddle board and private dock. We enjoyed eating breakfast at the restaurant one morning. The one downside is the additional cost for the jacuzzi, which we would have loved to use but was a bit overpriced. Second, we didn’t notice before coming that the 2nd bedroom was entirely detached/separate entrance. It is right next door, just no connecting door. Thanks again!

I loved my stay! It's a magical place, but above all I loved the kindness of all the staff, especially Noelia and Don Vicente. I would definitely come back! I also took my 10-month-old baby and he enjoyed everything since it was a super quiet environment. The only thing I would like is for the restaurant to be open a little later because everything was really delicious. 10/10!

Excellent place with amazing views, highly recommended and very friendly staff

The entire stay was an awesome experience. The staff are the biggest part of what makes it an amazing stay. Noelia was pure perfection, and her staff, including Vincent were outstanding. They deserve much credit from Alas Del Angel. The rooms all have stunning views, the restaurant and bar on site make it so you almost dont have to leave. Not to mention the included pool and kayaks and personal hot tub upon request. The stay was something out of a dream. Noelia and her team provided all we needed including Lancha's from the private pier and even shuttles back with just a message. Highly recommend. They defintely helped us make some awesome memories. Thank you for everything!
