Pets of any kind are not allowed by the hotel. The price you see is for the first 2 guests, additional guests cost $11 ea. per night.

The apartment is very comfortable and cozy, fully equipped, to make your stay very pleasant. The apartment is located on the 11th floor and this means that on the front side, you can have the best view of Lake Atitlán, its volcanoes and the surrounding villages, and on the back side, a beautiful view of the nature reserve, extreme cables and butterfly farm. We also have a restaurant, private beach, private dock, swimming pool, jacuzzi, gardens and a children's playroom.
