Vacation rentals with a patio in Lajares

The apartment was clean and very nicely decorated for our taste. No unnecessary bells and whistles. We felt very comfortable. The photos exactly match the actual appearance. The chat communication was straightforward and very good. The check-in time could be adapted to our needs at short notice. A second lounger on the rooftop terrace would have been great. The pool was very clean and beautiful, as was the entire complex. Top well-maintained garden. Great internet/WiFi connection. Overall, a complete picture and highly recommended.

Beautiful apartment, tastefully furnished and stocked with everything needed for an easy stay. Located centrally, making El Cotillo or Dune beaches a short drive away. Damjana was extremely responsive. We hope to stay again soon.

We really enjoyed our stay at Kristina's place. The apartment is very nice and cozy. Everything you need is available. We felt right at home. The roof terrace is a real bonus. :) There are enough parking spaces for the rental car. The area is very quiet and perfect for relaxing. The location is almost perfect to explore the north of the island. Communication was very easy and pleasant. We highly recommend the place! :)

We like to thank Olga for showing us around and greeted us when we arrived. We highly recommend this Property and the owners of this stunning Villa Ben and Lee were amazing and made us feel very welcome while we stayed at their apartment. We had the best experience with the heated pool and the hot tub was a special treat, we loved it. The panoramic Sea and Mountain View’s were simply breathtaking, the location peace and tranquility was beyond our expectations. The apartment is very modern and had everything we needed. We will be recommending this fabulous property to family and friends and can’t wait to return ourselves very soon. I highly recommend this apartment! It is located in a quiet area and just a few minutes’ drive from one of the most beautiful beaches on the island. The apartment looks exactly like in the pictures. I confidently recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable stay.

Had a fantastic stay at Casa Ola! Everything was exactly as described and couldn’t have been easier to find. We were able to check in early and nothing was an issue. Great location, very quiet and has everything you need to have a great holiday.

The location is ideal, with quick access to the local supermarket, as well as a great selection of cafés and restaurants—some just a 2-minute walk away, and others within 5 to 10 minutes. When we first arrived, we noticed a small haulage yard opposite the property and were initially a bit concerned. However, it turned out to be a complete non-issue—we never heard any noise from it, and access was always easy and unobstructed. The property offers lovely views across Lajares, providing the perfect spot to enjoy both the sunrise and sunset. The Airbnb itself was clean, comfortable, tastefully presented, and well laid out. The broadband connection was strong, and there was plenty of space for families or groups, as well as ample parking. Communication with the host was excellent—very responsive (usually within 10 minutes), accommodating, and easy to deal with throughout our stay.

One of the best places we’ve stayed at. We felt right at home, and it had lovely features which we miss greatly. Would very much recommend staying here, and would stay there again in a heartbeat.

The house is a little gem - you have very nice views to the sea and the mountains. Balconies and terrace are great. The kitchen equipment is really nice as well, everything you need for cooking great meals. This place is very private and quiet and you can be for yourselves without having close neighbourd. If you want to go to the beach you need a car though, but its a 15 min drive. Definitely recommend this place

What an incredible villa! So tastefully decorated, excellent layout, loads of space and storage, gorgeous views from every window, super comfortable beds and furnishings. The outdoor seating and sun bathing areas are perfect from morning to evening and the landscaped gardens are beautiful. The heated pool is great size and is also a big plus! Lajares has everything you need and there are lots of lovely restaurants and bars only a few minutes walk away! The hike up the volcano is a fun family activity and so close! I would highly recommend Jessica's villa!!

Alessia's place is nothing short of amazing! It looks even better in reality, spacious, clean and has absolutely everything you need for longer stays. Alessia was a great host, very friendly and responsive and gave us a lot of local recommendations. We definitely recommend it and would definitely choose it again. :)

The apartment is in a very quiet area of Lajares. We found everything you need for a pleasant stay. Florence was always very kind and helpful.

Couldn’t be happier with our stay! I have now lived in 2 out of the 3 apartments next to each other and they were both great. David was very open minded and happy to help with any concerns or glassware requests of ours at a very swiftly manner. The location is 10/10 and perfect if you (like me) prefer to tan at your own crib instead of the beach! Almost don’t want to be too positive on here as I don’t want it to be sold out for my next visit 🙈 Oh also, let’s be honest, the true gem was the little landlord doggo, the highlight of my trip 100% 🐶🐾 Will be back!!

Really great accommodation that offers everything you need. We were there with our 11-month-old daughter and were completely satisfied. Our highlights: peace, cleanliness, comfortable beds, accessibility of the hosts, equipment such as dishwasher, washing machine, blackout options, barrier-free access, pool and construction site opposite (which was of course a highlight for our daughter and never bothered us at any time). Gladly again!

Great apartment with perfect location just by the beach. Stunning views from the terrace and living room. Both Amanay and Marisa were quick and accommodating. We would gladly return.

Could not recommend Irina's airbnb more! We were met by Irina's husband at check in, they allowed us to check in an hour early which was so helpful. The apartment was spotless and smelt so fresh and clean, everything you would need is in there including beach towels and chairs. Location wise it is less than 10 minutes to the beach and great restaurants making our stay so relaxed and laid back, and for the price compared to hotels in the area this was a steal. My only comment is there is no built in AC, there are some fans in the apartment. For us visiting in the end of May this was fine as the apartment keeps cool, but I don't know how it would be in the middle of summer. Wonderful stay regardless!

Laura's apartment is a true gem! Lovingly furnished, very well maintained, and spotlessly clean, it offers everything for short or long stays: spacious rooms, coziness, peace, privacy, fully equipped kitchen, large bathroom, washing machine, hi-speed WiFi, smart TV, super comfy beds, sofas, lounge furniture, and plenty of storage space. I felt instantly welcome and at home! The neighborhood is very quiet and friendly too. The huge roof terrace is an absolute dream! Perfect for working, eating, relaxing, or hanging out with priceless panoramic views of Lanzarote, Lobos Island, the harbor, and even the dunes! Wonderful peaceful location, yet just 3 min. walk to restaurants & cafés at the picturesque harbor or to the HyperDino, and 5 minutes to the first beach. Laura is such a sweetheart! Always available and helpful: the perfect host! Valerio on-site is fantastic too: reliable, responsive, friendly, and highly professional. Absolutely TOP recommendation! 💜 I love it & I'll be back ASAP!

We had a fantastic stay in your beautiful, well equipped, spotless, comfortable apartment. We love the quality of furnishings and having two terraces. The location is superb and we will definitely return later this year. Highlights were the beaches, and restaurants Nanas and Olivia Corso.
