Single-family house (75 m2) on the first floor, completely renovated in 2022, can accommodate from 2 to 6/8 people. Its courtyard and private parking will allow you to take a break in peace in the heart of Burgundy. Less than 10 min from the highway (A6) exit 24 (TOURNUS) Less than 5 minutes to all amenities (supermarket, discount store, restaurant, tobacco/newsstand...) Our historic and Romanesque city will touch you with its history and its recent facilities, both small and large.

The studio is semi-detached, it is located on a closed property with electric gate, several dwellings on the same land but each with its own private space and not overlooked. Total independence. It overlooks a beautiful 50 m2 terrace fully equipped to rest well in peace with a view of the pond accompanied by several ducks, very quiet, relaxation assured. Presence of a very nice and accustomed dog. Lake with supervised swimming in the summer and activities on site 2 km from the studio.

Cottage on the banks of the Saone, within a large property, completely renovated on July 1, 2020. The banks of the Saône with a boat launch (Bring your boat, inflatable boat, jet-ski, paddle...) The 60 m2 apartment is located on the 3rd floor of an old building, without elevator, on Île Saint-Laurent, a lively district of Chalon, where there are restaurants and breweries. You'll be able to access the apartment through a secure key lockbox system, which will allow you to check in independently!
