I worked remotely from here for a week and the internet was reliable throughout, which made the experience even smoother. Spent 24 days and felt like home. Anne and her breakfasts were lovely, and varied each day, and the dogs were cute. Anne is a great bubbly personality, with many conversations, that we even invited her to our engagement ceremony near the end of the stay. The unit was clean, fresh and cosy, feeling like a little hide away, and will miss her hospitality. There was a bunch of spices etc to use in the kitchen to help aid in meal preparation. Only slight detraction was the noise from loud trucks outside, although the unit is in a side street, so avoids the majority of noise, and hey road noise is like that everywhere in India.

We’d definitely stay at La Monte Inn again whenever we are back in town.

Staying at Roma’s BnB was honestly one of the warmest parts of our trip. Her house is so spacious and beautiful and the room we stayed in had the most calming city view. It felt so relaxing to just sit there and listen to the city setting up for sunset after a long day of travelling. Her breakfasts were such a highlight you could actually taste the love she puts into everything she makes. Roma herself is just the sweetest person, always smiling and so involved in everything. She helped us get a driver, told us where to go, and just made sure we were okay the whole time. We’ll always remember her gentle presence and that cute little smile she always carries. Can’t wait to come back again. Thank you, Roma. 💛💛
