Longwood Residence-A home in the heart of Shillong

This unit is on the second floor and does not have two separate bedrooms. One bed is in the hall which also has a sitting and dining area. It has a 43" Smart TV with broadband connection and basic kitchen items for you to prepare your own breakfast. Situated in one of the best residential and commercial area of Shillong, we are only 5 minutes walk from from the bustling Laitumkhrah main road where you can find all kinds of shops and some of the best cafes, bistros, and restaurants in town.

The Home Stay

You are at this charming, one-of-a-kind place in the city, spacious, quiet and a little away from the crowd. The Home Stay has 2 queensize beds & 1 comfy sofa cum bed and can easily accomodate 5 people. The pool is a rainwaterharvesting unit and fresh water may not be available/feasible for swimming purposes all the time!

The "A" Frame

A Home to Coziest Memories. Come experience life in a tiny "A" Frame home wit minimalistic living equipped with a lounge & loft. Located about 5 kms fr main city, guests can enjoy their stay in a place a little away from town which is easily accessible by 4 or 2 wheeler. Guests have absolute privacy as only one home is located in the property. To make their visit more adventurous, guests can explore scenic places of their choice on Cycles or E-Cycles which can be rented out fr this facility

2 bedroom homestay at Laitumkhrah.

Located in the Nongrimmaw locality, the homestay is only a 10 minute walk from central Laitumkhrah. Police Bazaar is about 3.5km away. Private entry included and a balcony area with a view overlooking the local neighborhood. The setup includes 2 bedrooms with one double sized bed each, a living room with couch and sofa, a fairly large kitchen with dining table + chairs as well as basic amenities provided, one Western style toilet with adjoined bathroom and an adjacent Indian style toilet.

Welcome to Ka-ïing! In Khasi the name means 'our home'. This 3 bhk fully furnished apartment is ideal for large groups and families. We house 6 people comfortably. We also have a fully equipped and functional kitchen. We are centrally located, and Shillong's markets and tourist spots are easily accessible by foot. You can also do a day hike into the pine forest right behind the house! Note* We also have a room for a driver.
