Nestled in the romantic Lahn-Dill mountains, it is an ideal starting point for hikes and picnics in the mountains. Cyclists and motorcyclists also feel right at home here. Marburg and Frankfurt are within easy reach and invite you to visit them, as well as the natural outdoor pool in town or the thermal baths in nearby Bad Endbach.

Welcome, dear prospective guest! A freshly renovated apartment awaits you. The picturesque house has a large garden with cozy corners for barbecuing, relaxing & unwinding. In the garden, a cozy sauna with pool can be used. Children can and are allowed to live out their natural urge to move and play. Parents, of course, too. Alternatively, relaxing walks or excursions (e.g. canoe trips on the Lahn) are possible. The university town of Gießen is around the corner!

In the rugged Upper Westerwald, directly on the wild and romantic Holzbach Gorge, where the Holzbach stream has carved its bed into the basalt over the millennia, the days are simply different. Longer, more eventful, more relaxing. Feel at home here and experience a special place to recharge your batteries, strength, and inspiration. A fire pit with firewood and a kettle grill are available. Towels and bed linen are provided upon request (for an additional charge).

It is located right on the edge of the forest and invites you to relax after a visit to the historic, lively Oberstadt. The apartment is fully equipped with high-quality and modern amenities (not barrier-free). It has one bedroom, one bathroom, a storage room and an open living-dining area with large window front.

Our well-equipped self-catering holiday flat is in Langhecke, and looks over the valley which leads down to the Lahn river in Aumenau. The flat is ideal as a basis for trecking trips, canoe trips on the Lahn, (motor)bike tours or trail riding (ask us about keeping your horses nearby!). The central location between Bad Berleburg, Bad Laasphe and Erndtebrück invites you to experience and enjoy the nature and the varied leisure activities of the Wittgenstein region.
