Vacation rentals with a patio in Laguna Woods

The apartment was clean and modern, and it had everything we needed. The building felt very safe, and amenities like the gym and pool were nice.

Fantastic apartment and host! Everything was exactly as advertised and clean. I appreciated all of the detailed communication prior to check-in to ensure that went smoothly. Any questions or issues were addressed fast. If I'm in the area again, I know exactly where I'll be staying.

Great spot in the heart of Laguna. Walkable to most everything (especially the beaches). Easy to hit the road too for other parts of Orange County and beyond. Comfy place, would stay again. Thanks Doug

Farah place was very nice and clean. Although the directions seem confusing at first it’s actually really easy. Farah was very responsive. The place is super clean and big. Definitely would recommend staying. And it was down the street from the Irvine spectrum!

Beautiful Apartment with amazing views. Check in check out process is cumbersome as you have to make two trips to the apartment each time. There is a lot of traffic noise as it is right next to a very busy road.

This is my first time ever booking an airbnb. The host sent a list and picture visuals for instructions on how to get in whether it was with or without a car. This made it extremely smooth and understanding to know how to get to the location of the airbnb. A parking spot and guest parking was provided. The host was able to always answer my questions and even gave us an extra 30 mins for us to check out since we were a little behind. Place looked exactly like the pictures, everything was clean and tidy and they even provided toiletries and towels, full sets of cups, plates, and silverware, cooking ingredients (sauces and stuff) and it just felt like home. We didn’t need to buy anything extra because everything was provided for us. Lux Properties is outstanding and was an amazing host and provided us with an amazing living space for a one night stay. Thank you so much, and if me and my friends ever plan on coming down again, we will definitely book with Lux Properties! :)

Erika was such a great host the check in went smooth and she recommended a great local spot! The photos really don’t do justice what a great beautiful and CLEAN home and area! We stayed 4 days and the bed was comfortable the bathroom was amazing and great location and price! We want to come back as soon as we can!

We had a wonderful stay at Ash’s place! The home was clean, updated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The kitchen was fully stocked with essentials, and having access to private in home laundry and a well-equipped restroom made things so convenient, especially while traveling with my two kids. Ash was a great host—friendly, responsive, and thoughtful throughout our stay. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a cozy, family-friendly stay or just couples retreat 🫶🏽 Wishing Ash and his family continued success with their hosting!

My group absolutely loved this Airbnb, we all wished we could stay longer. It was a great escape from the Las Vegas weather. Everything we wanted to do was only a 20 min or less drive. We definitely would love to come back :)

A great stay and beautiful home. It was the perfect spot to relax after morning surf sessions. I would both recommend this BNB to others and stay here again. I was really impressed with how well stocked the home was. The host really provides everything you could need in all parts of the home as well as welcoming snacks, and other goodies. Clean, comfortable, and spacious.

Beautiful home with a gorgeous view and incredibly priced. Everything was clean and in pristine condition. Hosts were responsive at pretty much every hour of the day. We can’t wait to hopefully use the home again on our next trip to Orange County!

Great location! Close to the 5 / 405 freeways. Plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby. Comfortable home with private courtyard and backyard. Love having a garage to park in.

Great location. Walkable to the beach, restaurants and shops. They had a wagon which was clutch to help transport beach necessities to and from without issue. Loved the rooftop space to hang out and unwind. Train wasn’t an issue, barely heard it when we were inside. Area was great for a quick getaway. Super responsive and got any issues taken care of right away. Everyone had tons of relaxing fun in the sun.

I cannot say enough about Leslie and Kaylie. Absolutely everything was perfect. Every I was dotted and t was crossed. Communication with them was amazing. The home was beautiful. The location perfect. The food in the area was fabulous. If they will have me back I am totally in! Thank you Leslie and Kaylie for an amazing stay your kindness and your hospitality! Semper Fi! We really enjoyed our stay at Oksana’s place! It was very clean and as described. Check-in and check-out was easy and the instructions were clear. Parking can be tough, but we got really lucky and got a spot right in front of the building. We decided to uber to places if needed for the remainder of our trip. That worked out smoothly and didn’t have to worry about getting places or finding parking when returning. Overall, very nice place and would recommend!

This is our second year staying at Susan’s condo and it’s so great for a small family. Amazing location, all amenities needed, simple check in and check out. We love it here.

Rebecca was a wonderful, very accommodating, and mindful host! She has created a very vibrant and colorful yet comfortable environment in the Air B&B and made it definitely worth the stay! She made check-in and check-out very easy and even recommended some great local spots! The place is beautifully decorated and in a great location in laguna Niguel. Highly recommend! :) 10/10!
