The house is very comfortable and is just as seen in the photos, very nice. It has a very good view and you can breathe tranquility. Martin and Adriana are very friendly and very helpful.

The place is super quiet, ideal for resting. The grillboard and stove space is very well cared for and super enjoyable. Communication with the hostess was excellent. The house in general is smaller than it looks in the pictures, especially the bathroom, but it is still very practical and comfortable. The only thing to take into account is that upon arrival there were a lot of mosquitoes inside the house and only spirals were available. As it was a holiday, we were unable to buy repellent or other products, so it would be nice if they were ahead of those types of situations leaving something more ready for guests. Beyond that, the price/quality ratio is good and we had a nice stay.

I've been to a number of AirBNBs around Uruguay in the last couple years. This is the first one where we opted for a second booking. Natacha is wonderful. It is a beautiful home and we love it. The electric kettle lid is difficult to pop open, but beyond that, its hard to come up with any down sides to this property. It felt a little less private than the first time, as I think the neighbors have cleared some foilage on their property. But, all in all, this gem was just as wonderful the second time as the first! Ana Laura's house is just as you can see in the photos, spacious, both indoors and outdoors. It has all the necessary amenities to spend a few days resting. In our case, we went as a couple with a plan to rest and Ana Laura's house was functional to our objective.

Voltaria. The building is super new. Nicolas is a super host. The space of the apartment is super accessible. All impeccable. We use the laundry room for an additional cost adjusted with Nicolas and according to the condominium policy. I just missed more details in the arrival information, because the concierge is well hidden by a side alley. The concierge of the neighboring building who saved us, saying that every day someone asks him for information. The gym is a high standard. I loved the heated pool. Everything is very beautiful. Ideal for a romantic trip. It's worth it. I'd come back and stay in the same place!!! Thank you for everything.

Lorenzo's apartment is exactly as shown in the photos — well-equipped, especially the kitchen, which has all the necessary utensils. Everything was extremely clean and well-maintained. The view of the garden is beautiful, and the place is very quiet; I felt completely safe in the neighborhood. The condominium offers great amenities, such as a gym and heated pool, which made all the difference during my stay. Even on rainy days, I was able to enjoy it a lot and I was enchanted by the place. A special highlight is Lorenzo's hospitality: he always responded very quickly, provided all the necessary information clearly and even spoke in Portuguese, which made it much easier. We stayed with my wife for 30 days. On the day of arrival we met Paola who was leaving everything impeccable, and she told us about how everything in the house works. We take all-day walks with peace of mind for the security of the cameras and alarm. The beach is one block away. It was my birthday and Randy surprised me with a postcard and a bottle of good wine. After three days in the house, he texted me to see if we were having a good time. When we couldn't connect the phone to the Smart TV, he offered to pay for two or three days until we fixed it; but it wasn't necessary. Well-equipped and functional kitchen. Excellent host, so much so that God willing we plan to return.

The cabin is very nice with everything you need to have a good time. Everything was very clean and well cared for. The stove works perfectly and heats up quite a bit. It's the same property with three houses that share common spaces.
