A super nice place just inside if you need a bit of maintenance

My friend and I really enjoyed Esther's house, the tastefully Mexican-style decoration, the courtyard of the giant property, the very friendly staff. The house sits on grounds of a spotless state with beautiful high school horses, we saw them just a few minutes because we were attending an event a few miles away. Comfortable beds, very clean and a house with a good sized floor. Next time we go to Ticumán we plan to stay here again.

Excellent option to go in a group, the place has good distribution, comfortable rooms, bathrooms, and sufficient amenities to have a pleasant time, feel comfortable and live super well, I definitely recommend it and I will return in the future

Everything is good. Excellent service from Juan and attentive at all times. The view is very beautiful and the house is spacious! Just pay attention to check-in and check-out times when requesting the accommodation, as well as pay attention to the rules of the place and extra costs. But overall, it was a good experience!

I spent some amazing days at Michel's house, which is also super equipped, he and the staff who support him are very friendly and are always attentive to any request. I highly recommend it

The house is very nice. For the space there is, it is highly valued that they accept pets, during my stay in May the pool water was at an excellent temperature. The fact that there is air conditioning in the house is very useful and allows us to be very comfortable. I would definitely go there again🥰.

everything is perfectly as described and shown in the photos. in case one was wondering: well maintained and super clean. all the basics and comfy. toilets that flushed amazingly and hot showers. the gated community is what we come for and we got to enjoy the club/play area that was recently painted and refurbished. nothing is modern but everything is maintained and impeccable. its peaceful and if you are interested, lots to do in the surrounding area. we prefer to ride our bikes and hang out in town, its always a great way to disconnect. it was exactly what we are looking for when coming to ticuman.

A really lovely place. beautiful grounds, a well stocked kitchen, helpful staff, and an easy to reach location. the pool is great, and the oven works!

Our stay was very pleasant, the house is just like the photos, it has a large garden, the pool is large and an area with a barbecue. It is located in a private area and has shops about 5 minutes away by car. The facilities were handed over completely clean. Alejandro was always attentive and very kind. We went during the hot season and the house felt very hot at night.

The accommodation was to the liking of all my friends, clean and air-conditioned, it had everything you need to enjoy more days. The service with Mirna was excellent and hassle-free. I would definitely go back to the AirB&B

An excellent house, it matches the ad, it's comfortable, cozy and clean, it has everything you need for a pleasant weekend. Perhaps the only bad thing is that the pool lacks maintenance, but since it is a subdivision, it is understood that it is not the responsibility of the host.

Irasema's place is as shown in the listing, it is also spotless and perfect for a pleasant few days. We will definitely be back

Everything is excellent, the photos and description match 100%, the property is very nice and the view is amazing. The only two points against would be that the streets to get there are a bit ugly, but it's something that has nothing to do with the accommodation, it's just a fact. And as a second point, the property on the map within the app was displayed to me on one side of the lake, that location is known to not be exact but approximate, and the location of the app map with the actual accommodation is a bit far away, it's a different one. But otherwise, it was great, very close to everything by car, and Mr. Flavio, who let us into the property, was always very attentive. Of course I'd come back. 👌🏽

The house is very nice and spacious, super clean, it has several bathrooms, the pool is great and Luis' prompt response made it easier.

The property is very conveniently located, beautiful lake views, gardens, palapa, swimming pool and excellent soccer field, impeccable maintenance. The rooms and bathrooms are impeccable and comfortable. Something to highlight in a very special way is the warm treatment of Gustavo and his family, always willing to help, I am extremely grateful to them and the hosts, I always felt at home.

Alfredo was very kind and let us in before the scheduled time, the house is beautiful and the view of the lake is amazing, from there you can see the sunset. I love that it has a ping-pong table and the rooms inside are very nice.
