Very spacious house ideal for large groups, fabulous that each bedroom has its own bathroom, spacious dining room...we had a very comfortable time. Close to a shopping mall

Great location just a short walk to the shore of Lake Chapala. Right across the street from the beautiful Lake Chapala Society grounds with a great view from the rooftop terrace. Many restaurants within a five minute walk. Well equipped with everything you need. A few minutes' walk to the central plaza with restauarants, coffee shops, a bar, an ice cream shop and more. The center of Ajijic is full of hidden surprisea, like the cafe around the corner that servea their own quiches and croissants with delicious coffee. Loved it all and would highly recommend this place as long as you are fine with stairs.

Couldn’t have been better! Lovely hosts and a stunningly beautiful property. Pool, great mirador space with incredible lake and mountain views and an easy walk to the town center and lake make this Airbnb a no brainer.

Ideal place to get out of the city routine, organize a small family or friends gathering with the added bonus of the heated pool, communication was always clear and assertive.

I would definitely come back , the location was great and all the amenities keep the kids busy .

My stay in this accommodation was simply excellent. From the first moment, communication with the host was clear, quick and friendly. The property was immaculately clean and equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable and carefree stay. The location is perfect, in a quiet area but close to everything you may need: shops, restaurants and transportation. Also, the decor of the place has a lot of style, which made me feel at home from day one. The host made sure everything worked properly and was always available for any questions or recommendations. I would definitely recommend this place to any traveler looking for comfort, peace of mind, and first-class attention. Would love to be back soon!

It's a beautiful house, it has everything described. Comfortable and spacious rooms, lots of bedding, bath towels, hot and cold water on demand, water for coffee and cold water, full and equipped kitchen, clean bathrooms with replenishment of toilet paper and liquid hand soap, 24/7 pool service. Everything seemed very good to us, we only noticed the pillows were already used (with hair) and that could be interpreted as not being changed at Casa Reserva. From then on, everything was excellent.

It was great why we went to a party in the area, the fractionation is right next to the outlets, pity there was no chance to go shopping, everything was great and they always responded when I need help.

This is a very nice, cozy place within easy walking distance to the plaza and restaurants, and a 3 minute walk to the bus stop. It was very quiet while I was there, even though there was a holiday. I had a few questions during the stay and they were answered quickly. It has good hot water and average water pressure. I had no trouble getting an Uber there, but it's easy to learn the bus system. It was my first time in in Ajijic and this was a very good location to venture out from.

Excellent service during my stay. Always very kind, attentive and ready to answer any questions or needs. Excellent property conditions, all first-class services and amenities. Too bad there's no air conditioning, but it's the management's rules, not the host's. For my part, I'm super satisfied and of course I would definitely consider it again!!

This place is beautiful and an amazing slice of Aijic! The place is very spacious and well decorated, our group felt comfortable with our rooms and bathrooms and the living area and kitchen were clean and good for large groups. We found it easy to navigate conversing with the hosts and the couple on the grounds were very kind and helpful. The best part of this pace is truly the outdoor space with the pool and terrace overlooking the lake!!

Very spacious house, with everything you need to stay comfortably, you can walk to the lagoon very close by, and the house is located near many nearby towns to visit, the host is very attentive to everything, the house is located in a very quiet area, highly recommended.

The stay at Mayté's country house was very pleasant, especially when it comes to the heated pool. We really enjoyed being in the pool with the family practically all day. There are many chairs, armchairs to rest in the garden. It has a pool table, ping pong table, swing, accessory for hanging piñata, lottery etc, large covered area with all the accessories for roasted meats, chairs etc. An ideal place to rest near Guadalajara. We would definitely stay again. Mayté and Marco welcomed us very cordially, excellent people, just one issue at the beginning and they resolved it immediately, they welcomed us with a tray of sweets and peanuts, bottled water and 20-liter bottles with water, it was excellent, thank you very much.

The pool is always very clean, the playground is good, the house is very spacious, well-equipped, and Carlos is always attentive

My stay was perfect, just like the listing. The pool and its temperature were perfect Clean house with necessary kitchen items. Check-in and check-out times are also perfect. We had a very hot season, the secondary rooms are warm, the main one is perfect. Communication with Edaena was excellent, always attentive and friendly We'll definitely be back. Thank you.

It's a very nice, large house. The pool and jacuzzi are great! According to the listing description, everything matches. Communication was always very prompt. I would definitely highly recommend it!
