It is located in a quiet and family-friendly neighborhood, 5 minutes from the Historic Center of Laguna and the beaches. It has a closed and covered garage for 1 car. Spacious and fenced beach house, located in Praia do Sol (Municipality of Laguna-SC). 500 meters from the beach. Wi-Fi, duplex refrigerator, 1 en-suite, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Integrated living/dining/kitchen area and a large balcony. The garage has shelter for two small cars, but it fits up to 3 cars inside the fenced area. We have bed linen, pillows, fans, hammock, beach chair and umbrella. Bath linens are NOT available.
