Welcome to our house, which was built in 1896, and renovated by our artist family in the 1980s. It's an old fashioned airbnb - we live here, and you're like our downstairs tenants for the time you're here. We'll leave you alone unless you need us. If you're going to the Eastern for a concert, we're a great place to stay. You can walk there from here. Close to beltline, highway, buses and subway, shopping, restaurants, parks, downtown. Good for walkers and bikers. Come stay at our house!

Safe Haven on the lake!

We have called our place " Safe Haven" because we believe it is just that! A quiet place to relax, read, watch movies and look at our spectacular lake view with various wildlife such as Herron, jumping fish, turtles, Canada Geese and more. We also have a paved walking path across the street that leads you to a local Coffee Shop called Circa Antiques Marketplace. Please note that no smoking, vaping or burning of candles is allowed on the premises; inside or out. No children under 10 please.

1 Large california king bed and 1 long couch suitable for sleeping. Bathroom is fully equipped for all your needs. Wifi, sheets, pillows, blankets, towels, toiletries, filtered water, and coffee maker (with grounds) are provided for each guest. Microwave and mini fridge is upstairs. Guests can also relax in our beautiful backyard, with a set of adirondack chairs. Guests will enter through the back yard up a small set of exterior stairs. We will provide you with a keycode for entry.
