Monthly Rentals in Lagoudi Zia

A short 25 minute car ride from the airport lies the beautiful and spacious home, near the heart of the village of Zia. We were personally greeted by Dimitris and he showed us the house. The kitchen had all the equipment for our needs. The bedroom had a double bed and enough closet space for our stuff. The garden is also big and has multiple areas to sit down and relax. You can even park your car behind an automatic gate. Last but not least we really enjoyed the jacuzzi after a long day of climbing the nearby mountain. Because the house is so close to the center of Zia you can literally walk 5 minutes to where all the Taverna's and shops are. Have something to eat and drink and just walk back to the house. No worries about being the designated driver. We had great contact with the host and he responded very quickly and friendly. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it to others. We travelled with friends to the island of Kos and rented a PERGOLA apartment in Zia.. At the same time, we were impressed by the warm welcome by the hosts and how much they had tried to make us pleasantly. They showed us the apartment , explained about everything we were interested in. The apartment turned out to be very clean, cozy and had everything we needed to be a pleasant stay and to feel wonderful. The view that was revealing from it is very beautiful and the sunsets are amazing in the evening. For lovers of mountain walks, the place is very convenient for this activity.. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to enjoy a nice holiday and feel wonderful on the island of Kos Thanks Pergola .

The accommodation met our expectations and was perfect in terms of location and view. Communication with the host is easy and he is very friendly.

We really loved our stay. the apartment and location are beautiful and we were greeted with a little basket with treats and a wine. all the amenities were there and we could even wash our clothes. All in all a perfect stay😍 Thanks so much for the sweet apartment. if we‘re ever in Kos again, I would definitely book this flat again
