The apartment is a furnished type 2, on the ground floor with covered terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, enclosed and wooded land. This is a 2-star gîte. The village is within walking distance (300 m). I recommend a beautiful hike by the Ardèche from the house: the Cirque de GENS (2 to 3 hours of wonder). We are close to Vallon Pont d'Arc and the Chauvet cave. Nearby there are also the classified villages of Labeaume, Balazuc and Voguë.

In the historic center of Aubenas, large stone-vaulted studio with very nice and large quiet terrace (table for outdoor dining, BBQ, deckchair). The apartment includes a large living room with kitchen area. Bathroom with shower. It has a 160 bed and a comfortable sofa bed. Possibility of increasing the surface area and sleeping arrangements by renting the apartment on the second floor. Information on request
