The apartment exactly matches the photos and description. The neighborhood is very quiet, organized, safe and accessible. The market on the 1st floor is complete and open 24 hours a day, so you can't miss out. In addition, there are two bakeries within a 500-meter radius, where we can have a quiet and varied coffee. It is an excellent location in every respect. I can't think of a better place to stay in Brasilia.

I've had an excellent experience! Geraldo was very attentive, helpful and a great host from start to finish. The apartment is super organized, cozy and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The location is also great, in a quiet neighborhood and with easy access to markets, pharmacies and restaurants. I highly recommend it!

FANTASTIC! Best word to describe it. Starting with the attention and kindness of Raphael, who showed me everything in detail. The place is simply amazing. As cliché as it may seem to say this, I literally felt at home. The space is very cozy, beautiful, clean, new furniture, full kitchen, I didn't miss anything. The towels and linens were impeccable, with a wonderful scent. Excellent shower, great mirrors, everything very well lit. The countertop was very useful for work when I was in the home office. Excellent internet, powerful air conditioning, not to mention that the location is perfect, everything is close by. Raphael's place has become my home in Brasilia from now on, hehehe... 😜

Raquel was always very attentive and gave us all the support for our visit. The space is very comfortable, everything is clean and close to everything we need.

Giuseppe is one of those hosts who make Airbnb worthwhile! Proactive, fast and accurate in responses. It provides you with everything you need to know about your stay in detail. The apartment is compact and complete. Everything is clean, new, modern, high-quality and in perfect working order. Highlights for me: check-in and access to the building/apartment fully automatic; real black-out curtain; washer/dryer; cleaning, quality and design of the apartment in general. I was interested in seeing the host's other apartments on Airbnb and I'll be back whenever I need to. The building is well located, with accessible shops, varied and lively, with 24-hour concierge/doorman, access by stairs and very clean as well. Congratulations, Giuseppe, see you next time!

Fantastic and pristine place in ASA Sud, really liked the place a lot with a lot of comfortable amenities. It’s very convenient if one chooses to stay in ASA Sud with all its fantastic restaurants, coffee places and grocery stores. I would very happily book this place again…

Property better than the photos and with a structure that you can spend the day without having to leave, both for adults and children. As the place is a little far from the city center, there is a very good silence!!! Augusto (host) there is nothing to say, attentive, available and always present to solve any problem.

The hostess was very friendly and attentive, they gave us several tips that made our stay a lot easier. We found a flawless, comfortable and equipped house with everything we needed to make us feel at home. It was a great choice for our family, I highly recommend!

We spent the Easter holiday and the house is simply a great place to enjoy with the family. Air-conditioned rooms, all with an en-suite bathroom, a large kitchen with all the accessories and utensils you can imagine, and integrated with the dining and living room. The separate barbecue area next to the pool is also fantastic and complete! Equipped with a fridge, electric oven, Cooktop stove and various utensils. We don't miss anything. At the back of the house there is an orchard with different types of fruit and a very green grassy area! The children had a lot of fun and spent most of the time in the position. We are so grateful for the welcome we received from our host Sérgio. It was a spectacular family vacation!

The experience in the space was amazing. The atmosphere is exactly like in the pictures. Everything is extremely beautiful, well cared for and with great zeal. One of the best apartments I've ever stayed in! I usually work from home and look for quiet places with good internet. Sandra's apartment is wonderful for home office, super safe (I felt safe as a woman), and equipped with EVERYTHING you might need. Sandra is super attentive and always responded to my messages in less than 24 hours (a sweetheart!). The apartment is ideal for one person or even two. Very easy to and came with all the cleaning equipment and products. It is in a gated community with a garage, and a washer and dryer. Gym and bakery about 10 minutes walk. It has a smart TV that you can connect your streaming services account to. The kitchen, although small, has everything I needed. The condominium is extremely quiet and always respects the quiet hours. I've stayed in many airbnbs, but this was one of the few that felt like "home." Thank you so much for having me, Sandra! I'll recommend it to everyone!!

Our stay at Fabio's apartment was excellent! Great energy with everything we expected and needed for days of rest and work. Bedrooms, kitchen, bathrooms, nothing missing. Very airy and bright. Beautiful decor. We thought the place was excellent. 10, 15 minutes from everything we need in Brasilia. Great condominium. And at check-in, the kindness of Dona Cida, with breads, chocolates, teas, fruits, drinks, cheeses in the house, for coffee every 5 days! I really recommend it. Excellent days in Brasilia in the rhythm of the energy of this great new home on Ilha dos Lagos! Gratitude!

Great location and easy to access. The condominium has a very good structure, including leisure and other services such as a cafeteria, pizzeria, convenience store, etc. The condominium has a beautiful view of the lake, which makes the stay even more pleasant. The host is very attentive and provided all the necessary information, I recommend it to everyone for sure!!!!

Leonardo was a great host. Whenever necessary, I would send him a message and he would respond. Besides, the space is great. Very clean, tidy and well located. Full of shops, pharmacy, restaurant nearby.
