I had a great stay! The host is extremely helpful and attentive, making the experience even more enjoyable. The apartment is true to the listing, very clean and comfortable, and the brand new air-conditioning is a great plus. The location is excellent, with great restaurants nearby and a quiet area for women to walk alone, even at night. As a point of attention, the internal access staircase was dirty and dark, as was the entrance to the building, where there was a lot of trash scattered. I know this is not the host's responsibility, but perhaps a collective effort by the residents could improve this issue. For those who have light sleep, the noise of the avenue can be a factor to consider. I did not use the kitchen during my stay, so I cannot fully evaluate the structure, but I noticed that there is a microwave and sandwich maker available. Overall it was an excellent stay!
