The apartment was just as shown in the photos. Many restaurants enarby. Also grocery stores can be found 2mins away. Transportation is near: easy access to RER/Metro. Dany and Sophie were very friendly too. I would book it again.

Staying at Iris’s apartment was a dream. The space is beautiful, full of character, great energy and perfectly located — it truly made us feel like we were living in Paris rather than just visiting. Every detail felt considered, from the furnishings to the thoughtful advice that made us feel instantly at home. The neighborhood is charming and walkable, with innumerable cafés, shops, museums and that irresistible Parisian atmosphere just outside the door. Iris was a gracious and responsive host, and we can’t wait to come back and stay longer next time. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay here. The location was super convenient with lots of walkable cafes, bars and restaurants. The only let down was the washer being broken - the housekeeper let us know of this as we checked in. The bar next door was quite loud on weekends but with the windows closed, we couldn’t hear a thing. Overall, we enjoyed our stay as the apartment was very clean and as described. Thanks Thomas!

The studio apartment was perfect ! Very safe and secure with 2 separate doors needing key pad entry and finally your main door to the apartment with shot bolt system I loved the big open windows in the room that created sunlight and fresh air within the apartment ..The bed was comfortable and the apartment is situated on a quiet road The area has a great ambiance with a good variety of restaurants within walking distance The main CDG airport to RER port royal station was a 12 min walk away. Plus other close metro lines minutes away to the local attractions

We had a wonderful stay at the apartment in Paris. Everything was clean and tidy. The apartment is very tastefully decorated. Communication with the landlord was excellent, great tips were sent and questions were answered immediately. We were surprised upon arrival with a personal letter and a small gift. We would rent the apartment again.

We had a very nice stay. The apartment is very nice, it was very clean and had everything you needed. A big plus is the covered parking for the car. The area is quiet and wooded, there are several fast food restaurants just a few steps away. The train station is also a few minutes' walk away. Stephanie was very kind and responded to our messages very quickly. We definitely recommend it!

Beautiful and thoughtfully designed apartment that’s centrally located. The views are simply incredible!! It’s rare to find a place in Paris with both views of sacré cœur basilica and the Eiffel Tower. Louis is a really kind and understanding host; he waited for me when I got in a bit late, and also allowed me to check out a little later. He also welcomed me with wine and bottled water! Overall, this was a wonderful stay and I hope to be back! :)

Great apartment ideally located in a central but quiet neighborhood. metro station is literally in front of the gate so it's a very convenient as a base in Paris to get yourself anywhere. so the main selling point is its location. the place itself has everything you need for a short stay.

Olivier is a great host. Always responsive and proactive with checkin/checkout. The place matches what is listed. The 11th was a great neighbor and felt very local with many restaurants near the place. Highly recommend

Valérie is very kind, we found a cozy, very pleasant space in her home. Comfortable bed, good shower, kitchen with all the necessary items for a 4-day stay. The location is close to the subway that takes us to the center of Paris in half an hour. The balcony is a plus, where we can have a beautiful view of the sunset, and drink a glass of wine at nightfall. There is a Carrefour downstairs, and restaurants that sell ready-made food. I really liked it. Thank you.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this flat near Disneyland Paris! The neighborhood is peaceful and safe, with shops, bakeries, and restaurants close by for convenience. If you're visiting Disneyland Paris and want a clean, quiet, and comfortable place to unwind after a day at the parks, this is the perfect choice. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

The apartment is exactly as it shows the pictures. Very clean and modern. 7 minutes walking to the train station. It has all amenities for a family 6-7 people The AC is portable and it works fine just install it at the living room. It has washing and drying. It was a good apartment in regards quality and price.

It is very secure and easy to find. Good facilities and a shopping mall with easy parking opposite. A lovely bakery and pizzeria nearby too. Really lovely hosts and even if the lift isn’t working you can use the stairs in the premises itself.

Located in a safe, quiet area near shops and restaurants, it provided both comfort and convenience. François was an exceptional host—kind, attentive, and highly communicative. He ensured a seamless check-in and check-out, offering a thorough tour and checking in while respecting our privacy. The penthouse had everything needed for a home-away-from-home experience, and François even recommended a nearby barber when my partner needed a lineup for a wedding. The only slight challenge was occasional delays reaching the city due to a taxi strike, but this didn’t diminish our incredible stay. One of our best Airbnb stays ever! 💯💯💯 Ugo is a very welcoming and responsive host. He provided all of our necessities (trash bags, laundry detergent, etc.) and even came by after work to change the jacuzzi filter—truly amazing and kind. The house itself is very clean, cozy, and spacious—it felt exactly like home. There's nothing better than enjoying some BBQ after a long day outside and then dipping into the warm water of the jacuzzi. We 100% recommend this place!

We were in Paris for the Le Bourget Air Show, so the location was perfect. If our intention had been to visit the city, of course, the accommodation would have been a little out of the way. That said, the house is super spacious: it is a three-story villa with a garden and therefore perfect for large groups. There were 7 of us and we were very comfortable, certainly without the claustrophobia that other accommodations on this platform convey. There is no air conditioning but all floors except the attic were still very cool (at least at the end of June). Finally, although we never met him in person, Hamza was very present with messages and always responded quickly to all our questions.

Great hospitality from Ben. Responsive and very accommodating host and very kind to his whole family. It's available anytime. The accommodation was spotless, very large, well arranged and VERY clean. We were able to enjoy the garden which is a great plus. I would recommend it 100%. We will come again
