Our stay was just great! The location is great – with direct train connection to Disneyland in one direction and to the heart of Paris in the other. Everything was straightforward, even late at night we felt safe. The area is quiet and charming, with the train station very close. Létissia and Alexis are incredibly warm and helpful hosts – we felt immediately welcome. Our very late arrival was not a problem at all and because the children were restless at night, we were allowed to check out until 12 noon, which we greatly appreciated. Check-in was smooth, everything was exactly as described. Particularly helpful was the private parking space, convenient entry and exit, which was worth gold for us with children in the car. The place itself was cozy, clean and well-equipped. We felt completely comfortable and can highly recommend Létissia and Alexis. We'll be back the next time we visit Paris!

Great monthly rental deal half price, does the job

Excellent accommodation and a very responsive and kind host. Following the reservation of a place that, upon our arrival, was totally unsanitary, we found Christophe's place that was exactly what we wanted. We explained our problem to him and the same day we had a positive response. We were more won over by this stay. The accommodation was extremely clean, perfectly matched the photos and is fully equipped. We stayed there for 9 days and 100% RECOMMEND this accommodation. Special note to Christophe: _ Thank you so much for your understanding and availability. And thank you especially for saving our stay with your beautiful accommodation, we'll be happy to come back.

Great apartment, clean, bright. Accommodation and finding the apartment is extremely easy. Within walking distance of Disneyland, or 5 minutes by bus. The apartment has all the amenities to make you feel at home. The most amazing thing for me and my family is the terrace overlooking a beautiful and quiet garden, after a long day, that was the best part. The hosts are very kind, responsive, and respond very quickly. Thank you for the wonderful stay, we will definitely look for you again the next time we visit Paris. I recommend this apartment!

We had a wonderful stay at Joy Apartment. The apartment is very comfortably furnished with a lot of attention to detail. We had everything we needed! The location is ideal with direct bus connections every minute to Disneyland and the RER station for trips to Paris! Despite its good location, the apartment is located in a quiet and very pleasant residential area. Thank you for your warm contact before and during our stay! We would love to come back. The location is very convenient — the metro is right under the building. All the necessary shops, cafes, and restaurants are nearby. The Eiffel Tower is about a 20–25 minute walk away. The kitchen, bathroom, and rooms were clean, with all the necessary amenities and even more. Wi-Fi worked perfectly, and there’s a fan in case it gets hot — and it was hot! The host was incredibly responsive — we communicated in broken English, but still managed to understand each other and sort everything out. Check-in was easy, everything works with access codes, super simple. The place matches the description and is definitely worth the price!

A perfect stay! The apartment is exactly as described: clean, well decorated, comfortable and very conveniently located. It feels like home. The host was very responsive and attentive, with small touches that make all the difference. I would 100% recommend it and will not hesitate to return on my next visit.

The location alone for this apartment deserves all of the stars. You’re far enough away from the middle of Paris that it’s not crazy crowded, but close enough to the Metro that getting to any part is easy. There is a grocery store and pharmacy directly across the street, and if you’re lucky enough to be there for the market, it’s awesome and set up at the end of the block. There are a ton of great restaurants and things to walk to including the giant park and great shopping. The apartment itself is very spacious and being on the top floor with the outdoor patio is a huge bonus. If you stay here in the Spring/Fall it’s likely the perfect location. We, unfortunately, came during the summer and during an incredibly hot week. If you are here during the Summer, you need to know that like the most of France, the apartment does not have AC, but we managed with some fans. Once the sun went down with all of the doors and windows open it was lovely. The host was always quick to respond.

Very clean apartment and perfect location. Great place for couples and families and only 5 minutes from Disneyland with a free shuttle every 30 minutes. Round the corner from the hotel there is a massive shopping centre with loads of different restaurants and fantastic shops. Highly recommend

Roland’s hospitality was greatly appreciated. The suite was beautifully decorated and located in the heart of Montmartre. We appreciated the patio space and having a comfortable place to relax after a full day of exploring the city.

Chic and very clean accommodation. Amazing bedding I was able to enjoy the outdoors which is great (garden furniture…). Point of vigilance on steep stairs to go up to the bedroom. Breakfast included with a jam roll as a nice touch. I highly recommend it.

The location was great with free shuttle to Disneyland. It is also close to the shopping mall and the pool was great fun for the kids. Isabelle was very quick in answering any questions we had. Thank you!

My partner and I stayed at François’s penthouse in Aubervilliers, and it was the perfect choice. The listing was detailed and accurate, with photos matching the pristine, well-maintained space. Located in a safe, quiet area near shops and restaurants, it provided both comfort and convenience. François was an exceptional host—kind, attentive, and highly communicative. He ensured a seamless check-in and check-out, offering a thorough tour and checking in while respecting our privacy. The penthouse had everything needed for a home-away-from-home experience, and François even recommended a nearby barber when my partner needed a lineup for a wedding. The only slight challenge was occasional delays reaching the city due to a taxi strike, but this didn’t diminish our incredible stay.
