Beachfront apartment with amazing sea views from living room, bedroom and functional balconies, that also allow fresh sea breezes to flow through the space. It even offers a 2nd small bathroom! At night it is so quiet that is possible to fall asleep with the sound of the sea waves! Just 10 minutes amazing seaside walk to the centre, but far from its noises. The close stretch of coast, both sandy and rocky, offers swimmable free beaches and 3 equipped ones. Parking free of charge near the house!

Goditi una vacanza all'insegna dello stile in questo spazio in centro. Il Palazzo era sede del Consolato Veneziano sulla Via della Seta. Venezia, per ordine del Consiglio dei Dogi, mandò a Otranto una loro nobile famiglia che diventò il punto referente, a livello burocratico e amministrativo, per tutto il traffico delle navi che da Venezia andavano in Oriente e viceversa. Il Palazzo è stato recentemente oggetto di un restauro conservativo che lo ha riportato fedelmente al suo stato originario.

Comfortable beachfront apartment with 180 degree sea view from rooftop terrace and free parking right outside the front door. Aircondition, satellite TV and wifi. The apartment is one of two units in our house in the beach area of Otranto, about 50 meters from the water. Historic center on foot in just 10 minutes. Please note that there is an additional city tax to be payd on arrival, currently 1 euro per person (over 12) per night, in july and august 1,50 euro per person per night.

With ancient charm and modern comfort, furnished with family furniture, in a secluded corner of the historic center. The rooms are spacious and have unique ceilings, called "starry," typical of ancient architecture. The internal stairs are steep. Not suitable for those with mobility difficulties and, due to its peculiarities, for groups of children.

A cozy sleeping area features a headboard crafted from natural branches, with soft lighting provided by wall-mounted fixtures. The bed is covered with a patterned quilt, and neatly arranged towels are placed at the foot of the bed, showcasing a warm, inviting space.

The apartment is located 300 meters from the castle, the historic center and the cathedral, 350 meters from the beaches and the city center, in the vicinity there are: a supermarket, a grocery store of fresh homemade dairy products, one of fruit and home grown vegetables, a bus stop, at 150 meters there is also a pharmacy.You will like it for its intimacy, being located in one of the most peaceful and relaxing areas of Otranto, suitable for couples and families (with children).

Beautiful apartment on the second floor of a two-story building. Central area. All windows and balcony overlook the sea. Bleached oak parquet floor. Modern and well-made furnishings. Very quiet apartment. Just go down a few steps to find yourself on the free or equipped beach. Nearby are supermarkets (Conad, Dok, Eurospin and others). There are also small restaurants, bars and pizzerias. Perfect for all times of the year.

The monolocale features a spacious bed with a textured white bedspread, complemented by soft beige pillows. Elegant lighting highlights the barrel vaulted ceiling, and a large mirror reflects the serene space. A small wooden desk and chair are positioned to one side, enhancing functionality.

Cosy cottage in quiet, leafy cul-de-sac in the heart of Otranto. Bedroom, bathroom (with shower), living room/kitchenette, tiny private terrace. Air conditioned. Very close to the Cathedral, the Castle, the sea and the beaches. At the beginning of 2024 the walls were repainted with natural lime, USB sockets and a new refrigerator were installed.
