Beautiful Swedish wooden house, on a large plot. There is a nice outdoor kitchen with a barbecue and sink. There's a solar-heated outdoor shower. There are bicycles available at the house: 1 tandem, 2 mountain bikes, 1 men's bike, and 2 women's bikes, plus a bicycle trailer. Pull-along toy for young children. There is a bedroom with a double bed, a room with a 3/4 bed, and a room with bunk beds, where one bed is a small double bed. There's also a large loft. Shelter in the garden for sleeping outside. There is a charge of DKK 3 per KW of electricity. Guests are responsible for cleaning before leaving the house.

Take a break and relax in this peaceful oasis. The house is an older house with a thatched roof. There is a double bed made of 2 single beds in one room, in the passage room there are 2 single beds and a sofa bed, in the living room there is also a sofa bed. New kitchen with gas stove. There is a large garden for the house which is surrounded by forest and fields with horses. There are several good routes in the area to go for a walk and, for example, see the thatched houses and wildlife on the beach meadows. Vegetables and eggs can be bought depending on the season.

One of the last 20 houses with a thatched roof. The house was renovated in 2019 with new underfloor heating, electricity, water and drainage. The windows have been scraped off for paint and repainted with linseed oil paint. We have preserved so much of the old from the house and recycled kitchen cabinets partially, benches and panels from Vesterø church etc. The previous owner's things are also reused, especially pictures. Læsø is fantastic all year round, and our house is the perfect setting. There is an adjoining annex with a double bed and a private bathroom/toilet as well as a TV. Whether you are a family or three couples who want to enjoy Læsø, there is plenty of room for everyone. Private parking with space for 3 cars.

In the apartment, there are two good elevation beds 90x200 From the apartment, it is about a 2-minute walk to the harbor, beach, cafes, shopping, restaurants and ice cream parlors. 5-minute walk to Sæby city center with many specialty shops. 10-minute walk to lovely hilly beech forest. The annex is 25 m2 and is located 500 meters from Vesterø harbor, with easy access to ferry, beach, shopping, restaurants and shopping. The house is bright and newly renovated with a kitchenette (hob, electric kettle, air fryer, tableware, toaster, etc.), bathroom, a bedroom (160x200), a loft with two mattresses (80x200) and a sofa bed. The house has a terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue. Nice large private garden with several terraces, sun loungers, garden furniture and gas grill. If the weather is bad, there is a large, nice conservatory with both dining area and cozy corner. Pets are not allowed.

Please note: Prior to arrival, a deposit of 1,500 DKK must be paid via Pay Pal. The amount will be refunded, excl. electricity consumption. Please bring your own towels, bed linen etc.
