A Peaceful Getaway with Amazing Hosts! We had a wonderful stay at this property! Even though it’s a little away from the town, the location is perfect for those looking to escape the hustle and enjoy some peace and quiet. The views from the property are stunning, and the garden area is a lovely spot to relax and unwind. A special mention to the caretaker uncle and aunty—they were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. They even helped us with delicious food on request, which added a homely touch to our trip. If you're looking for a serene retreat with warm hospitality, this is the place to be. The place is absolutely splendid!. The property is on mountain top so it is just has spectacular view . It has all the amenities and is spotlessly clean. The caretaker cooks amazing food. My kids just loved the food. It was more like a home away from home. The Best part is that host Ekkansh is responsive, helpful and friendly. He went out of the way to see we have a good experience. The property is just a small walk from the main market. My kids want to visit this place again.

Come here to experience the best Vintage stay in Dalhousie. The place is mesmerizing with all the antiques, fireplace, ambience that you will feel that you are in a dream British cottage! Sabina is very helpful, kind and proactive with a personal touch. She was helpful throughout the stay and provided useful recommendations. This review is incomplete without mentioning the all in one superhuman Mr Rakesh! A great cook, soft-spoken, kind hearted super active human taking care of us in the cottage was so helpful and sweet. He prepared delicious meals and carefully took care of us in the harsh cold during our visit. It was very helpful of the team to bring our luggage to and fro our Cab. This was a very thoughtful arrangement by Sabina! Overall an excellent place to stay and enjoy! Thanks for everything!

Our recent stay at the beautiful Shivdhaar Estate in Kud Patnitop was an unforgettable experience. The property offers a perfect view, making it ideal for newly married couples seeking a romantic getaway. The organic food served was top-notch, adding a unique touch to our stay. The host and caretaker were incredible, ensuring our comfort and making us feel at home. The place is exactly how you will see in the photos, each room has 1 big bed and 1 sofa cum bed. The place can easily accommodate 8 people easily and has many games to keep you engaged. It’s about 6kms away from main Dalhousie so if you are looking for hustle bustle then it’s not for you. It’s peaceful yet have many restaurant close by (walking distance) and shops to buy daily food/ other items. The care taker, Jeet has kept the place sparkling and is available at few mins notice. The host, Raghu has been very helpful and responsive. His Mother was staying in their residence during our stay and was kind enough to invite us for a high tea. Very entertaining and full of local stories since she spent her childhood in Dalhousie itself. Overall, it has been one of my best stay in India in terms of cleanliness, space and service provided. I will highly recommend it.

The Jacuzzi area was an absolute delight, perfect for a relaxing experience. The food was a highlight of our stay—commendable in every way !! Each dish was crafted to perfection, full of authentic flavors, and presented beautifully. The attention to detail in both service and quality was remarkable. Overall, Oakridge Chamba H.P. - exceeded our expectations in every way. A perfect getaway for those who appreciate fine hospitality, Nature walks, world-class service and stunning Views.

It's a heaven on earth sorounded by mountains, river and property is really beautiful , landscape and cleanliness .. host is amazing he knows so much about Chamba and it's history .. I had great time , great food
