A beautiful 1 bedroom suite in the villa, modern architecture with traditional features & cosy interiors. Open spaces and greenery on all sides, serene surroundings. The peace of the surrounding is broken only by the chirps of the exotic birds. Nestled amidst fields of alfalfa & barley, a 360degree view of the snow-capped Ladakh range. It's a tranquil location for solo traveler, family or a group. A 1 bedroom suite (with lobby) in the villa is offered for the guest (suitable for two persons).

A fire pit area is surrounded by several casual chairs placed on earthy ground, providing a tranquil setting. Lush green trees rise in the background, with views of rolling hills peeking through the foliage, inviting a sense of relaxation in nature.

In the heart of the town, along with the modern amenities, our guest can enjoy sitting under apricot, apple and walnut tress. The space is within a kilometre from the main Leh market street, popular restaurants, filling station etc. Vehicle parking is private, secured and free. We also serve home made food: breakfast and dinner, to the extent possible we use organic and farm grown ingredients. One can also enjoy a walk through our apricot and apple orchards as well as our kitchen garden.

A private bedroom in a mid-60s vintage Lodge built with just stone and wood, a work of enterprising Himalayan artistry. Previously occupied by the Forest Department, the cottage has now been restored as a homestay. The list of fruiting plants and vegetables grown here is endless. Around 80% of what you will eat here is locally sourced. The Lodge offers something that is all too quickly disappearing: peace, stillness, nature and an opportunity to disconnect with the outside world.

If you are looking for a real Homestay experience around Leh but do not have the time to visit homestays in far flung villages, then you have landed at the right place. Unlike many other Homestay listings in Leh, this one is a real Homestay and not a Hotel, Guest House or a Motel. At my place, you will experience the real Ladakhi culture, tradition and cuisine with my family who also lives in the same house and will share the food and is always available for a chat over Chai.

Farmstay with a view.

You won’t want to leave this central yet quiet farm house, located just next to tissuru stupa and just a lesiurely walk from Shanti stupa. The house has a commanding view of the whole leh town. We welcome guests/ families who prefer some local cultural experience. Perfect place of you are driving into leh and want some peace and quiet. Additionally there are Doctors on the property which sometimes is important at this high altitude place.
