Our aim is to provide travelers with the best possible accommodation within a reasonable budget. Our 16m² studio, though simple, is highly functional and has been completely renovated in 2023. It is conveniently located within walking distance of all necessary shops. You can check-in at your convenience, park temporarily in front of the door to unload your luggage, and then find nearby free parking. Bus lines L109 to Labège or L6 and 81 to Toulouse via the metro are just 100 meters away

It consists of an equipped kitchenette, sleeping area and small bathroom. Equipped with reversible air conditioning, it will offer you all the comforts you need for your stay: Smart TV, fridge, combined microwave oven, induction cooktop, Senseo coffee machine, kettle and toaster.
