Vacation rentals with beach access in Laconia

Lovely room with beautiful balcony, shade and sun. Good parking. And good location close to the sea and close to beautiful center. Lots of restaurants are close by. Refrigerator in the room. We were supposed to stay one night but stayed an extra night. We definitely recommend it.

we stayed here for 4 nights and our favorite part was sitting out on the balcony and taking in the views. A cute little walkway is just below, going along the water to a nice pier. You definitely need a car since it's out of any tourist area, but the drive there is really nice, about 2 hrs from Athens and only 20 min from Nafplio. Lots to discover all around. Christos is a great host, very responsive and had alot of great recommendations. One thing I would note; road noise can be loud since you're so close to a road (earplugs did the trick though).

Xénia was very welcoming, caring in our interactions . She was watching our arrival in front of her house. Complete restoration of the apartment with quality materials. Tasteful sober decor. We really enjoyed our short stay in Gythio and surroundings. The 2nd floor apartment offers a nice view of the bay and its island , with the mountains as a backdrop. Bars, restaurants nearby on foot. A beautiful stay! Very clean, well equipped, and comfortable. Mosquito nets and window shutters on all the windows mean you can have breeze from the balcony and hear the birds whenever you want. Local shops/supermarkets are in Stoupa near by (5 minute easy drive), local beach was our favourite of all the beaches (5 minute drive/15 minute walk). You can’t have the tap water but there’s local taps in Stoupa you can fill up bottles from. We had an incredible time and would absolutely love to come back!

Marcos excellent led us to the room himself. He gave us all the information we needed.The house spacious very clean had all the amenities. The sea right next to the area beautiful. We will definitely go again.

Great stay! The host is very responsive and ensures that the accommodation is in perfect condition with very appreciable small touches. The price is much more attractive than those of the accommodation located in the old town which is only a few minutes' walk away; the walk to get there is very pleasant. The apartment is fully equipped and is very suitable for 3 people for a short trip.

Perfect place to stay for relaxing and exploring the area (Epidauros, Mycenae, Nafplio). The apartment is amazing. We loved the scenic panoramic view from the roof top terrace or from the sitting area. The kitchen was very well equipped, everything was spotless and clean. We enjoyed a welcome basket with e.g., a great white wine and coffee. Thank you so much for your warm hospitality. We enjoyed our stay very much. Definitely a place to come back.

Anastasia was very accommodating. the apartment had everything needed and the view was simply stunning.

The house is beautifully designed and well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay—whether for cooking, relaxing, or keeping warm on chilly nights. The fireplace was a highlight for us after long days of hiking and climbing. Eirini gave us a warm welcome upon arrival, which was especially helpful since the road to the house is quite narrow. That said, we managed fine with an SUV (Dacia Duster). The location is perfect for outdoor enthusiasts, with plenty of hiking trails in the area. After a full day outside, it was great to return to such a cozy and inviting home. We were three adults staying for five nights on a hiking and climbing trip, and the place suited us perfectly. Highly recommended!

One of the most beautiful places I’ve ever stayed! Nikos was so kind & their restaurant in town is amazing! We had such a peaceful and relaxing few days here and really hope to come back one day

The apartment was comfortably furnished with a well equipped kitchen. The family were very kind to invite to share drinks and food and also helped us to find a dentist. Balcony provides a serene space to admire the vast coastal view. A place to completely relax.

This is a great place, we recommend it strongly! Right by the beach, you can walk everywhere, and there’s a playground very close if you have kids. The view from the balcony is great too. The owner was also very kind to us: we made a mistake when looking at the baby equipment and she went out of her way to help us find what we needed anyway. So… if you’re hesitating, just book it!

We had a small tastefully decorated cottage for ourselves, quiet and overlooking the mountains. There were freshly picked oranges in the fridge. Everything was very straightforward. Thank you Alexandra, we'll be back.

Lovely location with a beautiful view, really nice villa, modern with a well stocked kitchen. They left a nice gift of local food and refreshments in the fridge. We will definitely be back.

We felt very comfortable on the tasteful and traditionally landscaped property. The view from the balcony over the olive groves down to the sea was always fascinating. We visited the small pub in the village four times and felt very comfortable with George. Full recommendation 😊

A wonderful, quiet place in the middle of nature/in the olive grove with great views over the hills and very nice terrace... The hosts are always friendly for tips or information and are always available. We 100% recommend the place.

Εμμανουίλα was responsive to our messages and provided us with a place to stay that met our expectations. The terrace is very nice and has an unobstructed sea view. A parking space is just outside the door but plenty of spaces are available on the street if needed.

We had a wonderful relaxing stay. The hosts were very friendly and helpful and the beaches were clean and fantastic and just a short drive away from the accommodation. Highly recommend Skoutari and Mavrovouni beaches. Great tavernas, local and also in Gytheio. We would definitely stay here again.

Dimitra's place was accompanied by excellent hospitality. Dimitra gifted us with with fig jam, olives and Melba toast, things lovingly made by her mother. Dimitra even picked us up at 7 a.m.. to drop us off at the local bus depot. I felt like I was visiting a relative. Awesome stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay just outside Porto Heli. Ornella met us on the first day and showed us the way in from the village, or else we’d possibly never have found it! She was incredibly welcoming and the apartment was as expected and described- what a stunningly peaceful location with all the amenities one needs and beautifully kept gardens. Thank you, we had a lovely stay!

Thank you as a family to Despoina and Nikos! We were greeted earlier than the check-in time with understanding. They've been discreet and comfortable! The space was super clean, the house was completely functional for 2 adults and 3 young children. Equipped, thoughtful, and beautiful home. We used all the amenities in the kitchen and bathroom without any issues. Pharmacy, mini market and playground next to the house! Wonderful beaches from Panaritis to lakes, to choose everyone that suits him, and all a five minute drive on a smooth route. Monemvasia, Elafonisos and Neapoli within walking distance too. We had awesome quiet, relaxing, meeting lovely and friendly people in Helix! The home was our retreat and the base of excursion to many wonderful experiences.

Within three minutes’ walk, you’re on a quiet, clean, gorgeous beach! This was one of the things that attracted us here, and it was even better than we had imagined! The incredible views from the terrace and the peaceful location were just what we were looking for. The apartment was perfect for us - comfortable bed, great shower, good kitchen. And the additional outside shower was brilliant! Elena was a wonderful host. So friendly, kind, and attentive. She and her parents made us feel so welcome! It was hard to leave!
