Family-friendly vacation rentals in Lackland Air Force Base, San Antonio

The Casita felt very welcoming and so were Brett and Jenna! The place was exactly as described, but on top of that was the peacefulness and beautiful surroundings. We enjoyed our stay by also firing up the grill for some birthday carne asada and pool time. Would deffinitely be back again!

Place was amazing but it is a smart house. We had trouble with the TV and lights hooking it up on our phones. The TV wanted us to download an app and add a credit card. The outside was amazing, especially the hot tub. Only down fall was the storm knocked the outside lights out so we swam in the dark. Overall, it was amazing!

Cozy house, game room came in handy to keep the kids busy, attentive hosts :)

The home was very nice, quit neighborhood friendly neighbors. Kathy was quick to respond to any questions. during our 5 week stay we had one minor issue, Kathy had a repair tech there immediately.

We had a great stay at Wendy's. The pool and hot tub were the highlights. Highly recommended.

Great place, great location and easy access to the NW side is San Antonio. Carlos communicated well, everything in the house was clean, neat and cozy.

We came in to San Antonio for our son's Air Force Tech School graduation, Elizabeth’s place exceeded all of our expectations. The rooms were spotlessly clean and incredibly spacious—plenty of room to relax and unwind after each day’s events. The original wood floors gave it a warm, classic feel that added to the overall charm. The location was fantastic—just minutes from the River Walk, which made it easy to explore San Antonio without the hassle of long drives or parking downtown. The neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe, and the host was friendly, responsive, and made everything easy from check-in to check-out. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area—especially for special occasions like ours. It truly helped make a meaningful week even more memorable.

We loved the tiny home! It was warm at first inside, but you just have to wait for the AC to do its job. We enjoyed walking our dogs over at the nice park down the road. Only a 7 minute drive to downtown. Very unique set up! Also, the bed was so comfortable! Very communicative hosts.

We loved our stay in San Antonio! Comfortable and extremely spacious, lots of restaurants nearby and super close to downtown/Pearl/Riverwalk. Host was so responsive and generous.

My family and I had been searching for a home that would have the space and such that we needed. We found Vanessa’s beautiful home and it was more than expected. We had an amazing time and my kids enjoyed the pool so much. My husband even made a comment that he would buy her place if he could! Vanessa was a responsive and accommodating host. I couldn’t have asked for a better host. Thank you for everything! We are looking to rebook if plans don’t fall through for next year!

Definitely a home away from home. Great neighborhood and surrounding areas. Alot of places near by to go to. Very great experience, the pool was the main reason for our stay and I did not disappoint. Thanks for being a great host, hope to stay again soon.

This is a great place to get away. The house had perfect amenities. The linens were extremely comfortable and everything was clean. The dipping pool was fabulous and perfect size. The location is ideal for all the things around town. Steve and Cindi was very sweet and easy to talk too. The only thing I could say is that the ac unit did not blow very well. Besides that, everything was great.

A gem of house—really something special to experience with everything you need to feel like you’re actually having an Alamo City adventure! Special shoutout out to Julio and Jazmine—the groundskeepers, they were the best!

Great Stay! Everything was as described, and the host was wonderful. Very organized and communication was the best! Comfortable beds, lots of room for our party of 4, and it would accommodate a larger group easily. It is obvious that the host takes pride in the property and wants the guests to have a wonderful stay, which we did. Would highly recommend.

The 2025 graduates had a ball in a San Antonio. This house was in a great location for all the attractions they wanted to attend. They enjoyed that relaxing dip in the pool after a long day. All of the accommodations were great. We will come again. Thanks
