Nice 3 bedroom in absolute calm (birthdays and parties not allowed) spacious and very clean. Well located close to Bordeaux, nature and calm. Easy access to go to Bordeaux, visit the castles or spend a day at the beach. Located 5 minutes from the tram and close to Pessac Alouette SNCF train station. 40 minutes from the first beach of Arcachon Bay. I specify that the apartment is rented with my things in it, but in each room there are empty shelves to store your things.

Totally independent apartment above our garage, 150 m from the tram to Bordeaux center and 1 km from the access to the ring road to be on the beach or in the vineyards of Saint Emilion in 45 minutes. Also close to the faculties and 700 m from the center of Pessac (cinema, market, restaurants, shops). The entrance is completely independent and you can arrive at any time thanks to a key box. Close to all amenities (bypass and bus nearby and tram 15 min walk). The accommodation, adjoining our main house, is composed of a main room with living/sleeping area (140 bed), kitchenette and bathroom with shower and toilet. Linens and towels are provided. The exteriors are still being renovated...

The studio dates from 2021 and has independent access. It is isolated in the upper part of the house, with a balcony, queen size bed, TV, small kitchen, bathroom with shower and toilet. Babies welcome (bed, accessories). Closet. Parking, EV charging station.
